My husband and I stayed at the Presidente InterContinental Cozumel Resort for a week and it was the perfect place to stay while getting our Open Water PADI scuba diving certification. The location is amazing, with beautiful marine life right in the area and excellent diving instructors nearby. Breakfast was very complete and delicious every day, and our room was very spacious, we were especially lucky to have a stunning sea view. The hotel facilities are wonderful, especially the gym, and the whole property has a beautiful setting. The staff were extremely kind and attentive at all times, and we also really enjoyed the restaurants.

We spent three weeks at Casa Kobaab, and it was a fantastic choice. From the very beginning we felt we had found the right place. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we would have happily stayed even longer. The hotel has a great location - it’s slightly outside the busy part of Tulum but still close to the center. Because of that, it’s quiet and peaceful, which makes it a perfect place to relax away from the noise and crowds of the town centre. The area also feels very safe. The rooms are large and spacious, beautifully designed with a lovely boho vibe that fits Tulum perfectly. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are cleaned daily to an impressively high standard. Another big highlight is the breakfast. It is fresh, delicious, and made from organic products. Roxy prepares it specially for the guests, so everything is made just for you. And the coffee is excellent! Breakfast is served on the rooftop, which is a beautiful and peaceful place with great views - a really wonderful way to start the day. But the biggest treasure of this place is Ramon and Roxana. When we arrived, they told us they wanted to be our “Mexican family” - and that is exactly how it felt. They are incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, which gives the entire place a very warm, home-like atmosphere. During our trip we had a few unexpected adventures, and they always did everything they could to help us. It’s also definitely worth following their recommendations - as locals they know exactly which places and restaurants are truly worth visiting. And of course we have to mention Hendrix, the owners’ cat - we already miss him <3 Ramon, Roxy- we would like to thank you both for everything. You made us feel truly at home. We honestly couldn’t have imagined a better honeymoon, and a big part of how special this time was is thanks to you.

This was probably the best hostel I stayed during my 1-month trip in Mexico. The hostel is more like a hotel, well located, comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely helpful too!

I had an absolutely amazing week at Sana Beachfront Hotel. Everything was perfect — the room was spotless and beautifully designed, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxed and stylish. I especially loved the unique design of the hotel; it creates such a special and welcoming vibe. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service. A huge thank you to Renato, Joss, and Jonathan from the concierge team — they went above and beyond in every way. Their attention, kindness, and professionalism were incredible. They also gave us fantastic local tips, including a recommendation for a stunning nearby Cenote. Highly recommended — we would come back anytime!
