Hotels with Pools in Xpu Ha

Just perfect!!! Yasmin and her people are awesome. I loved every moment there. Can’t wait to come again.

Absolutely stunning Villa in a beautiful location. The Villa is really big and the garden is spacious and quiet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a covered driveway. It's located in the Amares development in Xpu Ha which is huge and only a few houses are finished. There are smart Tv's in both bedrooms and a huge one in the lounge. Wifi is super fast. Hot water and showers all perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped with an oven, microwave and a kettle! (1st kettle found in Mexico!) The bed is huge and comfortable with great pillows bedding and extra blankets supplied which are fluffy and smelled gorgeous! The host/owner Ana was super fast to reply to messages and allowed us early check in and spot on instructions for access and location. Honestly, we loved the villa and would move there if we could! 😁

I was a little nervous about booking as there weren’t many reviews, but I’m so glad I did – it was spectacular! The house is beautiful and incredibly clean, with easy self check-in, very helpful and responsive hosts, a huge comfy bed, and a great location. The free paddleboard and kayaks were a brilliant bonus, with the lagoon right at the end of the garden and your own private dock, from where yoi can kayak to the beach. We loved sitting out there watching the world go by during the day and the stars at night. An absolutely beautiful place and a fantastic stay!

stay at the hotel was excellent - we were after Christmas to New Year - great ... a magical place from the morning a swim in a small natural pool - obo the sea channel - a lot of fish, skates, and moray eels, in addition to thousands of fish. Morning swings in the water gave joy to the children - and peace, from the morning birds that sang - super missions - rooms modestly furnished but ok.

Spacious, great equipped, beautiful Apartment with an amazing terrace, beautiful pool and bbw area, luxurious kitchen and nice bedrooms. Shops and restaurants are close by. The apartment is part of a gated community with a really relaxing and welcoming surrounding. We will definitely come back! Thanks a lot:)

The resort was fantastic. The food in the Caribe buffet was excellent. The grounds were beautifully maintained. The entertainment shows we’re very good.

The large rooms, the staff, the beach with the coco palms, entertainment, the food, the many, many, many swimming pools. It is a reallly great property and you have access to so many places, pools and restaurants. If you like swimming, you have to go to this place. And I liked the hydro therapy in the spa, which we got free for 1 hour.

The best times I have lived in this hotel, one of the best and most wonderful hotels I have stayed in, service more than five stars, staff are the best, cleanliness, organisation, entertainment, and fun. I recommend this hotel and I will visit again, thanks to everyone for what they have provided

great food (buffet) and hotel facilities. beach is clean and beautiful. pool area is great for kids. the hotel barcelo maya palace is one of many hotels on the area. there is so much to do, also sports activities such as mini golf, bowling, tennis, go kart (14 years plus!) only annoying thing: we had to reserve our sun beds at 5.20am (!) to make sure we have a place in the shade for the babies…

Lovely atmosphere, lovely people, great service, nice pool and fast service. Buffet was great!

The property altogether , flora , fauna , birds , food , very kind and helpful personnel , it was a great choice and I recommend it . They also have many activities so you wouldn’t get bored .

The room, Beach and pools are great. the kindness of breakfast staff in The Nest restaurant. The buttler was also very heplful. Our family loved the variety of restaurantes and quality of food

An outstanding stay from start to finish. The staff were exceptional, always smiling and genuinely willing to help. The concierge team deserves a special mention for the personalized service and for making everything effortless. The food was excellent, with a huge variety and plenty of healthy options, something I really appreciated. The pools were fantastic, never felt overcrowded, and the whole resort is beautifully maintained. What truly makes this place unique is the wildlife. It genuinely feels like living in the middle of nature. Every day we were surrounded by huge families of coatis, countless iguanas, agoutis, flamingos, and an impressive variety of birds. It was an experience that both we and our son will remember for a very long time. I would happily return and highly recommend Grand Palladium Kantenah to anyone looking for a resort that combines excellent service, great food, beautiful pools, and an unforgettable natural environment.

I loved everything about the barcelo. The staff were ll friendly and the grounds were amazing

Amazing hotel, great spacious rooms, wonderful pool, the staff is outstanding. All restaurant serve amazing food and the location right at the beach is great. The rooms are in a quiet area in the jungle, the did a great job preserving the nature, lots of wild animals running around.

4th visit to this resort but first time at the suites. Room was huge, very comfortable and well maintained. Staff are exceptional, very friendly and welcoming. Food quality and variety was excellent as were the drinks. Good variety of entertainment day and evening. Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday.

The resort was an amazing place for our getaway. Great food, wonderful service and delightful people! We loved the daily volleyball games in the pool and getting to know other travelers!

Could not fault our stay, it was absolutely perfect for our honeymoon! From the minute we arrived to the day we left. It was amazing!

Our stay in the Grand Palladium White Sands has been wonderful. To begin with, our check in at reception with Angel was already off to a good start, even after having some trouble with our paying, he was so patient and helpful, but overall very kind to us. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade, which made our stay even better. Booking our restaurants ahead the night we arrived, helped us enjoy a lot of the gastronomy the hotel has to offer, which overall was very good. Special thanks to Alan, from the Portofino restaurant, and to David from Sumptuori. Also, in our last dinner at the Sumptuori, the manager surprised us with an instant picture he took from us at the beginning of the dinner, which was later served on top of our dessert as a memory. Further we also had some great activities that we booked through our concierge Cielo and David, whose attention was extraordinary, and made us feel so happy and thankful to have them. Shoutout to the cat that lives in the building that waited for us to get home every night, Kevin. And to the people of palladium entertainment, Alessandra, Donaldo, David, Ricardo, and the others, whose activities and energy were contagious and made us have a good time. Also to the other people who were not mentioned in this review, thank you so much for the experience, if we had to say one thing which was the best it has to be the service, therefore thank you to all staff members. At the hotel we had zero complaints about anything. Kind regards, Collin & Gisselle

We have visited 3 times over the years and hotel is a very high standard Staff are brilliant.

The hotel was incredible and staff fabulous. The butlers in villa70 went above and beyond to help make it a special experience, a huge thank you to all the team in Capricho restaurant (the breakfast and lunch service so special) and I would recommend upgrading to the premium experience, Ivan around the pool really looked after us and it's really worth it for all the added benefits.

Beautiful hotel on top location with nice view over the calm sea. Nice bar, water around the bar is warm temperature. Other pools cold water. Spacious room with nice balcony. Best was location on gated community just 1 minute from the harbor where the dolphins were playing. Nice restaurants around the harbor, lot of choice (Thai, oriental restaurant was good), also Italian restaurant good). Very good breakfast, nice food at the bar, also sushi/sashimi, good prices. Nice calm sea for children. Dolphin Discovery, really nice.

Fantastic All-Inclusive Experience at Grand Sirenis Resort and Spa! We recently stayed at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa and had a wonderful time from start to finish. The resort’s grounds are beautifully maintained — filled with tropical gardens, wildlife, and numerous pools — creating a really restful and secluded atmosphere. The food was a highlight for us. The main buffet offered a huge variety every day, with plenty of fresh fruits, salads, seafood, and international options to keep everyone happy. The a la carte restaurants, especially the Japanese and Italian, were a real treat — great food, wonderful service, and a chance to try something different each night. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, from a mini-fridge restocked daily to a large soaking tub. The spa was a lovely spot to ease away stress, with a range of treatments in a tranquil setting. Overall, Grand Sirenis offers a perfect blend of relaxation, activity, and indulgence for couples. We’re already looking forward to a return trip. Highly recommended! 🌴✨ A special shout out to Erik Medina from guest services who made sure we had everything we needed during our stay and regularly checked in on us! Thank you, Erek!

A perfect family stay, there pools, beach, kids club and restaurant were perfect and the staff were great

Good choices for food and drinks, great staff. There is a lot of Entertainment and animation, but never to pushy. You can easily avoid it if you are just out for peace and quiet. The whole resort is in great shape and very well looked after. And the best thing: there is lots Iguanas and Agutis hanging out. It was my first All Inclusive Resort experience, I never believed I'd like it, but I got convinced otherwise.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were very tasty

Infraestrutura do hotel excelente

Super friendly owner and staff, comfortable and quiet rooms. Recommended!
