You can go there with closed eyes, you and your family will enjoy the experience a lot. The amenities are great including the swimming pool. The rooms are huge and well equipped. Beautiful property right on the lake with tasteful design and two pool areas. You can jump from the pier into the lake and have dinner on the waterfront. We loved our Lakeview room and had breakfast on the terrace each morning. The food was incredible and our highlight! Each meal was a theatrical experience and the staff go above and beyond. We loved that the steak is cooked right in front of you on a hot salt slab.

We loved the location, so close to the lagoon and walking distance to everything in town. The breakfast was delicious a great coffee too. The rooftop was excellent for watching the sunrise and cooling off in the pool. The hotel has bikes you can take out and about to explore which was a bonus. Beautiful planing and decor.

From start to finish, we really enjoyed this wonderful stay. There is parking (with camera surveillance) at the door, there is someone at the reception 24 hours, there is an amazing restaurant with delicious food at the hotel. Fantastic! The people are extremely hospitable (without being pushy ). The room was huge, beautiful and above all very clean. It has a nice bohemian style and with nice views of the garden. The staff in the hotel, the restaurant, the garden, they will all greet you with a smile! Thank you, Juan. He made our stay just that little bit more special!

Nice place to stay for 2-3 nights. There is a swimming pool, common areas to relax, an accessible kitchen and clean shared bathrooms. You need to be aware that the place is about 25 minutes by car from Bacalar. There are few places to eat in Buenavista, so we recommend doing major food shopping before arrival to have something to eat for breakfast/dinner. The facility has beautiful and very intimate access to the lagoon. Also remember to take mosquito spray, because they bite a lot when you are not inside the house.

Nice particular hotel in the center of Bacalar. Good location close to restaurants. The swimming pool set up is very good. They have invested a lot in making sure that the pool was next level. Pool bar and restaurant are also great.

The staff is amazingly helpful! We needed help with our car and they make sure that someone comes to the hotel to help. The hotel is also very good, comfortable bed, good location, nice swimming pool. You get a lot of recommendations on what to eat and do around Bacalar at arrival.

Beautiful new property, nice design touches and a lovely swimming pool. Right in the centre of Bacalar,about 3 blocks away from the lagoon. Comfortable beds, good air con and helpful friendly staff. The breakfast was good and the restaurant does dinner as well.

Clean, comfortable and brilliant location - in the heart of Bacalar. Swimming pool was enjoyed fully. Recommend: Playalita 2 mins away on the lake great place for lunch and a swim in the lake. Mr Tacos across the road - super good value tasty food. All was great, thanks for everything.
