The villa was modern and spacious and just like the pictures. We stayed there for 3 days and it pas perfect! Communication with the host was smooth. We also liked the pool and our daughter loved the small children’s playground. There was also a laundry service, which was really convenient.

Sebastian and his wife the owners of this «casa» are absolutely nice, careful and all else you could think about a property owners should take care about their clients. You can go there with closed eyes, you and your family will enjoy the experience a lot. The amenities are great including the swimming pool. The rooms are huge and well equipped. Wonderful newly furnished property right on the lake. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The ability to book the palapa for a private meal on the lake was a huge highlight for us. The food was also absolutely delicious - expect fine dining!

I had an amazing time at this property! The rooms were spacious and provided a great view of the lagoon. The balcony was amazing with a private pool and hammock. I enjoyed the restaurant and sun beds as well. The location of the hotel is great and very close to the town. The hotel staff was so kind and they helped us call taxi's to and from the property when we would head to town. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone going to Bacalar!

The room was very clean, tidy, and quiet — we had a really comfortable stay. Everything was perfect! What touched us most was the host’s kindness — he knew we had to leave early in the morning, so he prepared some fruit in the fridge for us and even woke up early to say goodbye. Truly heartwarming and highly recommended!

Best place we stayed at on our Mexico Trip. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Bacalar. We had the best welcome by the friendly stuff, they really rook care of everything we needed. The photos listed for the property don’t even do justice of how amazing the garden is. The rooms were super nice and clean as well. And there were so many smaller details that made the stay special. Definitely 10/10 and super happy we stayed there.
