Absolutely lovely place with such kind and lovely owners. It was very homely and comfortable, while not feeling like we were in somebody else's space. We loved that there was a stove, oven, microwave, fridge and coffee machine in the communal area. It felt a bit like a hostel, except that the crowd was very mixed in age and also included families. We stayed in Mexico for four weeks and this was our favourite place.

The hotel and the territory was great. We stayed with a 1 yo baby, who enjoyed the garden and the pool. A comfortable crib was also provided. A great breakfast was freshly made every morning. It’s a bit distant from the city, so make sure you have a car. Overall, highly recommended, will do again.

Just stunning - an absolute gem just on the outskirts of Bacalar town. Gorgeous place, attentive staff, a haven for relaxation. Be sure to be driving / take a taxi if you want to go to town, however not problematic at all. Room service has no surcharge, which really encourages you to use it - and the dishes are delicious. Picturesque.

Just wauw ! What an amazing place. From the beauty of the place to the friendliness of the staff to the amazing food and the luxurious rooms. Our room on the top floor with a rooftop terrace and plunge pool with views of the equally stunning lagoon was just perfect. Situated on the edge of town where it's quiet day and night but still close enough so you can do everything on foot. Highly recommended !

we loved our stay here. everything is very well taken care of and the owners are very nice and helpful too. we booked a tour to the laguna with the hotel and it was really great. we were a small group and had a great time on the boat. The hotel is very beautiful and has a small pool which we didn't use but looked clean and nice. breakfast was great as well and there was 24/7 access to water for hotel guests. we loved our stay here and it was probably the best hotel on our whole tour through Yucatán :)

This is by far one of my favorite places i've stayed in. The staff was friendly and while checking in, we were able to book the sail boat tour (which is what my friend and I wanted to do). Parking was available on both sides of the street and had no trouble looking for parking. I would recommend staying here!
