This was probably the best hostel I stayed during my 1-month trip in Mexico. The hostel is more like a hotel, well located, comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely helpful too!

Modern building with excellent facilities, the room was cosy and comfortable, plenty of of space for 2 with a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Bed was big and very comfortable and also the bathroom was good with a great shower and water pressure. On top of all this, there’s a pool on the roof with sunbeds and seats and a small gym as well, good enough to keep you busy during your stay. Location was great and so was the staff. The price was also very competitive. Highly recommend it.

Love love love - everything was outstanding!!! The bed was so comfortable- the pools were beautiful!! The staff were extraordinary - The French restaurant was one of the best meals I’ve ever had - shout out to Louis(Lui) our fabulous server! Jacob the manager at Suki was so friendly! Victor at breakfast & Piyo our concierge were also outstanding! And not to forget Ceaser at the bar always with a smile ! Thank you ye made it all wonderful! Will definitely be back !

I really enjoyed my stay at Che Suites! The room was very nice, clean, and tidy, with a welcoming touch of music playing when I arrived 🎶. The location was perfect for me—just a short walk to the area with all the restaurants and bars 🍽️🍹, yet far enough to be quiet at night. It’s also very close to the ADO Turística bus station 🚍 and the pier for ferries to Cozumel ⛴️. The rooftop pool is small, so you can’t really swim, but it’s open 24/7 and could be refreshing if needed 🌊. I didn’t end up using it very late, but it’s a nice feature. The service was excellent! Clara was very welcoming and provided helpful information before I arrived, and Miguel at reception was super helpful with everything I needed 🙌. Breakfast was very basic, but I didn’t mind—it’s nice to have the option available. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely book here again! 😊🏡
