This is a fabulous hostel. It's modern and clean. The staff are absolutely lovely, every single one of them. The breakfast is good quality and the supply of tea and coffee throughout the day is a great feature. The movie nights are a cute little detail too, and some evenings there are (up to 2) free beers for guests available on the roof (unfortunately I don't like beer but it's a nice touch). The location is quiet, away from the main hustle and bustle of Playa but it's easy to walk through to where the party is, if you so wish. There's hot water, complimentary shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, and the rooms are cleaned every day. The lockers are spacious. There is a shelf behind the lower bunks and the upper bunks can use the tops of the lockers. Each bed has a reading lamp and its own plug socket. The beds are comfy and you get a towel and blanket too. I didn't use the pool but I did see others using it and it seemed very nice. There are communal areas on the roof and downstairs too. It would have been nice if they had a hotplate or a hob of some kind but there's a microwave, a small grill, and an air fryer, so you can certainly make do. There's also a tap downstairs for drinking water. I extended my stay twice and so did a couple of other people I met whilst I was there, which I think speaks very highly of how nice this hostel is.

This property was FANTASTIC!!! Best of the 7 various accommodations on this trip. Very well equipped throughout and particularly the kitchen so we had no trouble making the odd meal at "home". Coffee maker, toaster, teapot, gas cooktop (no oven) everything we needed. Hot water and good pressure in the showers. Plenty of plush, new towels. Beds and pillows were comfortable and sheets/bed covers were in good shape. Nice pool although we didn't get a chance to use it. There's a convenience store at the corner. The condo and neighbourhood was quiet. The bedrooms and livingroom look out to a greenspace. Dedicated parking spot within a gated area. 24/7 guard at the gatehouse. I'd definitely stay here again!

The location of the hotel is perfect - between the sea and Quinta Avenida.. The hotel is huge, spread over a large area, beautiful, clean and well-kept. The staff is numerous, courteous and efficient. All the employees, without exception, try very hard to please and pamper the guests. The room is large, clean, comfortable and well-equipped, beautiful view of the sea. The beach is clean and tidy. There are enough beds and umbrellas. Breakfast is varied, rich and delicious. Restaurants are not gourmet, but at a pretty good level

I liked my room, it was very spacious, although the view was on the side, looking into another building and plants between. Free filtered water and basic breakfast options in the price was highly appreciated. The biggest plus is the location (very close to everything but in a quiet and beautiful street).

The staff went beyond their responsibilities to ensure a great stay and service. Super crowded swimming pool areas. Very hard to find a spot on the beach Dirty beach bar and very outdated Dirty pool bar and very outdated and busy. I tried all the resturaunts and the food is dry and tasteless at best. The quality of food is very important to me.This Hotel is old and the resturaunts lack character and quality. There is only 1 poolbar in the resort and 1 in the lobby. That's it. Only 1 person mostly bartending. Long waits. Not smoking resort. You can't even smoke In the balcony or terrace. As an experienced traveler this hotel is worth no more than 200$usd a night.
