It was a great spacious ground floor apartment with a private little kids pool perfect fit for a family or a group of friends. Super kids friendly! And you literally had everything you need there - even thermo cups or a carrier to bring all you things to the beach.

The place was exactly like the pictures and more! It even has great ocean view from the balcony. Very well maintained, big rooms, plenty of space. The kitchen has everything you need. The place has a privte beach which is great, and a big pool

The appartement was great, everything you need and more. There are 3 rooms ensuite and great patio with pool!

When I enter the room, it was amazing, super nice design and comfortable space. Just the day after I realized that was an incredible rooftop with few outdoor tables and fornitures, a barbecue, a fridge and a fantastic swimming pool. The apartment it is literally 5 minutes walking to a stunning beach, and 15 minutes from the Main Street. It got useful bicycles available to use for any needs for free. The chicken have got all the tools you need and the bad and bathroom are super comfortable. I loved it.

It is a very good Resort and above the average 5 Star Hotel. The room are very large with 3 bedrooms, so it is actually a really good value compared to the availabe space.

Sergio was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean, comfy and the swimming pool is fab for kids. They loved the hammocks and part of the pool usually has a little bit of shade too. The beds were comfy and there was warm water for the showers etc. There's a shop and two cafes a 12 minute walk away.

Apartment is in the safe and controlled location. Apartment is clean, spacious, well equiped. Kitchen has everything you might need, salt and spices, oil as well. It has blender, microwave, minigrill, outdoor grill, coffeemaker … As there is no food possibility in walking distance, I cooked quite often & i felt very comfortable. Chedraui supermarket is in Puerto Morelos - has everything you may need. The pool is small but good enough to jump in after the beach. Especially for kids. Beach is in walking distance, but you can drive there as well. We packed beach chairs, umbrella, water and spent nice days on the beach / almost alone. It was nice time without crowds. There are no rocks (or very few) and the beach is clean. Beach chairs, umbrellas, everything for snorchling, beach toys and even 2 swimvests for kids are in the apartment. We appreciated this a lot! Hotel nearby has some evening program, but it lasts only 1hour and it was absolutely not problem for us. Generaly, we loved our stay there. We spent 2 weeks with 3 kids and everybody was able to find own time alone. Fabiola is very nice and kind person and she gave us recommedations, support and we would like to thank you! We had amazing time.

Good apartment in a good area, although 20 min driving to Playa del Carmen, but located in a silent, safe location. Everything is good inside, 3 ACs, nicely working showers, clean, wear and tear on walls, but no big deal. A dry rack was missing but was promptly delivered at request.

Great big house in private area close to the beach, easy check in. Would stay again with friends or family, good location near chain beach hotels.

The accomodation was lovely and goregous facilities, located in a gated community. Gyms had adequete equipment and aircon. Not that we got to use the pool but it looked lovely. The jacuzzi was having maitenance works being doen at the time of our stay.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the beach is beautiful and quiet.

Dream-like, huge apartment and surrounding. As someone mentioned: feels like an all-inclusive hotel but without the "all inclusive" part. Wonderful and clean beach with free beach chairs and sun umbrellas.
