Really beautiful building, well maintained and clean. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was a nice way to begin the day. If I visit Mérida again, I would definitely stay here.

Lovely, beautifully decorated property in a great location close to many restaurants and the beach, although not directly on the beach. Small pool in the center right next to small breakfast bar. This place is a real haven. I loved my spacious room and being surrounded by beautiful jungle. The pool is lovely and the warm cave salt pool is amazing for relaxing. I also had a really good massage in the spa. The on-site ice cream place is great too, and I loved seeing the turtles. But the best part is the restaurant - the shrimp tostada with pineapple is one of the best things I've ever eaten!

Awesome 2 week stay at a beautiful hotel right on the beach. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, the entire facility was spotless despite the challenge of the sand and we would highly recommend this hotel. It's a little farther away from the centre of town (a nice 20 minute walk along the beach) but we liked that it's away from the more populated end of the beach.
