Best of all we got upgraded to a new large family room during our stay for a week !!! In between they are very good at communication, they set up a whatsapp group at the beginning of your stay and make you feel like you are VIP. Overall recommended stay

It takes about a 10-minute walk to reach the Waterfront, and Gaya Street is only a 5-minute Grab ride away.

Truly felt like a home away from home. Has all the amenities you need and a gorgeous view. A water filter for drinking water. Good hot showers, comfy beds and living area. Well placed power sockets and even a wireless charging dock. We enjoyed it so much despite it being towards the end of the city area. This meant a peaceful stay with a mall next door and laundry and convenience stores on the ground floor of the apartment building. For everywhere else, just GRAB. So worth it.

In-unit washer is a great help. The villa is one of several in the complex. While we were there, the occupancy rate was very low, and we practically had the place all to ourselves. Facing the ocean means you get unobstructed view of the daily spectacle of sunsets. During low tides when the ocean front is accessible, the entire beach (quite flat out into the water) is for our enjoyment.

The people are very nice and the garden/swimming pool are such a nice place to come back at the end of the day or as a start in the morning! There is also a breakfast which is so lovely!
