I’d definitely come back again!

We have traveled to over 70 countries, and we have never seen such a convenient, functional, and beautiful organization of a room space of 47 m². We didn’t even want to leave this room—it was so cozy and home-like. The same can be said about the pool, which looks like an architectural masterpiece! The greenery and palm trees create a sense of closeness to nature, which is so necessary in a metropolis. The main restaurant, located on the 38th floor, is also very well-structured: the placement of tables along the panoramic windows allows all guests to enjoy not only the food but also the surrounding views. The breakfasts are good. We were pleasantly surprised and delighted by the area with fresh greens presented in pots—you can cut the freshest leaves yourself with scissors! This is incredible and greatly appreciated by guests who follow a healthy and balanced diet. In Kuala Lumpur, we stayed at three hotels (Mandarin Oriental and Shangri-La), but Grand Hyatt impressed us the most. From now on, we will only stay here. 😉
