It's a beautiful farm and we will camp there again if we are in the area. The home made Kudu pies is also very tasty.

Mount D'Urban Campsite is located in Helmeringhausen. This campground features a pool with a view, barbecue facilities and free private parking.

The guest house features a picnic area and a year-round outdoor pool. Namgate was like a little Oasis in the middle of a very barren but beautiful landscape. Our dinner on the first night was absolutley delicious, as was the braai meat that we bought to braai on our own for the second night. I would highly recommend Namgate to anyone looking for a stop over in Namibia :)

We wish they had more vegetarian options… I think the breakfast and dinner options focus more on non vegetarian dishes. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The bartender prepares the best drinks and the views are spectacular.

There is a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries in each unit, along with a hairdryer. So glad we booked the Roadhouse for two nights, exceeded our expectations in every sense.
