Every member of your team was warm, welcoming, and eager to assist, which truly enhanced my overall experience. The entire property is a true gem. Its beauty and comfort made me feel right at home throughout my stay, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and amenities. The only suggestion I would like to offer is the addition of an elevator, as it would further enhance the accessibility and convenience of your establishment. Views over the crystal clear Lake Wakatipu and breathtaking peaks of the Southern Alps set the scene at QT Queenstown. We stayed at QT for four nights during our wedding and honeymoon. The staff were extremely nice, went out of their way to made us feel comfortable and even had a few wedding surprises (chocolates, card etc.) for us.

Situated on the shores of Lake Wakatipu, Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa boasts 5-star amenities including an indoor pool, a fitness centre and a day spa. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, our room was well tidied and had all the necessities. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the view thanks.
