We had a wonderful experience at Humano Lima and were extremely happy with our stay. What stood out most was the excellent service and genuine hospitality of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, professional, and made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. A very special thank you to the team for their kindness and flexibility in allowing us a late check-out. This was incredibly helpful for us and made our last day in Lima so much more comfortable and enjoyable. It is exactly this kind of thoughtful and accommodating service that makes a hotel experience memorable. The hotel was comfortable and pleasant, but above all, it was the attitude of the staff and their willingness to help that made such a positive impression on us. After traveling for two weeks through Peru and staying in many different hotels, we truly appreciated the level of service and hospitality we received at Humano Lima. Highly recommended, and a sincere thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant. We would happily stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were thoughtful and helpful from start to finish, and the concierge assisted us even before we arrived. Management went above and beyond — even sending IT to fix my daughter’s internet for work. Great breakfast, great location, and genuinely kind people. Thank you for the memorable experience.

The room was clean and comfortable. The decor throughout the hotel was colorful, fun, and unique, unlike any hotel I've stayed at. The rooftop pool deck was fantastic and the pool bar served great cocktails and appetizers. At night, the pool deck turns into a bar if you're looking for some close night life. And there's another great cocktail bar called Pagano on the 13th floor, also with good drinks. The hotel is very centrally located, just a block away from Parque Kennedy, so very walkable. And to top it off, we were celebrating my boyfriend's birthday at the hotel, and they brought us a surprise cake to the room. Overall, it was a great experience and we will return.

We liked the location, spaciousness of the home and comfortable beds. There weren’t any directions in the apartment for the WiFi or how to access the pool or billiard table but the host responded quickly to all of our questions. The host also arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. There are not many pots and pans in the kitchen but that was fine for us because we didn’t do much cooking. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood and there are many wonderful restaurants. We also appreciated the front desk security officers, which made us feel safe and secure. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely go back again. Thank you Juan!
