Everything was great - especially the staff. They were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Pool area was fantastic.

Airport transfer can be arranged at an additional charge. Literally, the best location on the island. Everything is near and yet it’s quiet. Rooms are spacious, private, nice. The staff is extremely quick and attentive. I wish we stayed longer.

First our feliz suite room is beautiful ,reminds me of our stay in madrid spain. The location is a stone trow away to the beach , restaurants and souvenir shops. And finally the staff super friendly yet profesional, specially to mention . head concierge cris who never failled to make us feel at home who assist us untill our last day from hotel to the boat,i really apreciated the big effort. The housekeeping team Eric who always make sure when we come back to our room everything is perfectly clean.the amount of details cleaning our room is impecable. The receptionist personnel Rose who always have her smile to greet us and make it smoothly and fast our check in and check out. as i personally worked in hotel industry in paris i can tell that feliz hotel have a great chance to level up with high end hotel in boracay. And the only thing i regret is on my 8 days stayed in boracay my first 2 nigths feliz suite room is not available so i end up with other famous hotel but what a dissapointnent . It’s a very pleasant place with an outstanding staff : our flight would leave very early and they were so gentle preparing us a lunch box 😄😄
