Very much appreciated is the added "honesty" mini grocery which we find very convenient and helpful to us especially that the tower is located in the inner part. ALSO Very much appreciated is the eagerness of the owner (Jerry) to assist us in finding a ride going to our next accommodation. The constant reminders thru whatsapp was also very helpful.

Papabo Backpackers Mactan has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a restaurant and bar in Lapu Lapu City. I stayed in the capsule and found it very comfortable, clean, and surprisingly quiet. The relaxed social atmosphere, friendly staff, pool area, and on-site sports bar make it a great place for backpackers, especially for late arrivals. A few small finishing touches are still ongoing, but overall it was an excellent stay and clearly deserves an exceptional rating.
