‏We arrived at Apartamenty XYZ eXtreme You Zen in Szczyrk, a lovely ski Town in Poland. ‏The hotel is wonderful: the rooms are comfortable and well designed, the view is absolutely stunning, and the breakfast is varied and of high quality. ‏After one night at the hotel, we learned that due to weather conditions there was no snow, and therefore our skiing plans could not take place. ‏The staff showed exceptional understanding and agreed to cancel our reservation and the planned services — at no cost — out of genuine consideration for the situation. This kind, fair, and professional attitude is not something to be taken for granted and left a deep impression on us. ‏We would especially like to mention Amelia Grzybowska, who was lovely, courteous, and highly service-oriented, and helped us greatly in handling everything. ‏There is no doubt that this is a high-standard hotel with excellent service. We would be very happy to return in the future, hopefully to experience the place again — this time with snow 🙂 ‏Highly recommended.

The hotel was clean and fresh. The food was high quality; one day we even had seafood with very good shrimp. A great plus is that the large playroom and the aquapark are included in the price. The aquapark is not big, but that’s actually a good thing - there aren’t many people there. The sauna ceremonies are also a great plus. There was a ski rent service on the spot. Unfortunately, we noticed that late. Seems worse to go there. The equipment looked completely new.

Overall experience, great value for money, excellent food choice. Very quite surroundings but still in near proximity of the other areas (shops, restaurants, ski slopes, turist tracks)

Spacious, clean, and cozy apartments.
 Delicious breakfast.
 Friendly and caring staff.
 We checked in quite late, and the kitchen was already closed, but they helped us with food delivery contacts, and we got drinks at the bar.
 Nice children's playground.

The corner room (no 100) was very spacious and cozy with a nice design and comfortable bed and good shower. It really exceeded our expectations. Both dinner and breakfast were great with various choices of tasty dishes. Swimming pool with saunas - super! Even special rooms for kids are very well equipped. And the location of the property with amazing views simply breathtaking! We will definately return soon.
