Matatagpuan sa tuktok ng bundok na may malalawak na tanawin, ang Delfim Douro ay nag-aalok ng marangyang accommodation na may mga private balcony kung saan matatanaw ang Douro River. Delfim Douro Hotel was in one word Fantastic, even with a minor incident, what the staff directly and very professional corrected. The moment you walk in, the staff is there. With all the friendly help and the pre-checking was quickly. Everything was in my eyes perfect. We loved also that the hotel helped employees with a handicap, to see the Hotel is not afraid to have employee in a in the wheelchair, who solved our little problem with all the professionalism you can get. The restaurant was great, good food for a decent price, good variety wine and loved the desert, Florest chocolate, you have to try it. :-)

Overlooking the scenic Douro River Valley, Quinta da Casa Cimeira, Guest House, Wines & Food is set in a historic country house and surrounded by a garden and vineyards. The location in a mountain village with views over Douro valley is amazing. We arrived by train to Pinhão station and took a taxi to the hotel. It’s 15 minutes drive with awesome views and it costs around 12€. You should definitely take the dinner prepared by the owner himself, it worths a gourmet restaurant’s menu with wine pairing. Even if it is not said, actually it includes the experience of tasting different kinds of wine from their own vineyard. As we informed Senhor Miguel earlier, the dinner menu was adapted to my parents’ alimentary restrictions. The hotel itself is in a renovated mansion like historical building, so full of charm. We will definitely come back and we will definitely order their great red wine that we can’t forget!

May sariling orchard at vineyard, 800 metro ang layo ng 4-star hotel na ito mula sa gitna ng Lamego. Puwede ring tikman ng mga guest sa Lamego ang local cuisine para sa tanghalian at hapunan. Staff were excellent and view was great
