This was truly one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays I’ve ever had in Turkey. The check-in was fast and smooth, and they even upgraded my room to a more suitable one since I was traveling with a child — which I really appreciated. Everything was clean, well-organized, and perfectly maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The outdoor heated pool was one of the highlights of the hotel, and the spa was exceptionally clean and relaxing. Even the sports shop inside the hotel was beautiful, and I ended up buying a few things from there. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Situated near forests on the slopes of the Uludağ, Kaya Uludag is located 22 km from Bursa. Ski slopes are located 10 metres from the property. it was an amazing trip, it exceeded our expectations and we might make it an annual trip! Kaya group were very welcoming and very friendly, they made our stay special! we would definitely go to Kaya again next year! our special thanks to Mr. Hakan Berberoğlu from guest relations and to Mr. Hakan operations manager, also we’d like to thank the whole crew and the Chef for their amazing services!

Nagtatampok ng mga tanawin ng bundok, ang Iznik Candarlı Ciftligi sa Çandarlı ay nagtatampok ng accommodation, hardin, shared lounge, terrace, at restaurant. It is a great place like in fairy stories in the middle of nature to take a rest from city life. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Here is a great family atmosphere with fresh oxygen from the forest. It's like medical cure to get the brain cool. The restaurant is very delicious with fresh marmalades and kaymak from local villages; I had never had such a pure taste before. Thanks for making this place.

Providing guests with every conceivable facility needed for a memorable holiday, this hotel is located on Uludağ, a mountain in Turkey's Bursa Province. It offers ski-to-door access. We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The view and the facilities were excellent. The staff were very professional yet friendly and accommodating, especially the Front Office team of Mr. Mehmet Kiral and Ms Serap. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet spread at its restaurant. The waiters were friendly and helpful too especially Mr Ozgur. Well Done!

Less than a 10-minute drive to Bursa city centre, nearby Turkey's most popular ski resort Mount Uludağ and ever enticing thermal baths, Sheraton Bursa is located in an upscale residential and office... The gym was well equipped and the spa very nice with sauna, hammam but also swimming pool and Turquish baths. The restaurant accepted to serve dinner until 9.30pm/9.45pm over the three nights I spent there and the food was good. Staff was really nice and smiling in the restaurant but also in the spa where the lady was super helpful and smiling.
