He was extremely helpful, polite, and attentive, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is excellent—very clean, well-organized, and offers a high level of hospitality. I truly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

This hotel is modern and well located. Optional breakfast is a very good choice. Hotel is very near sea promenade as well as Fişekhane (dining area). We took 107m2 studio and it was enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.

High quality hotel very clean and i also liked the location nearby the mehmet akif tramway station. On Sunday there was a bazaar so it was great for me as a grocery lover. There are some restaurants nearby and also coffee shop. As a hotel owner i admired the maintenance of this hotel and keep on. Thank you

İt’s my 100 stay in this hotel , and i am always happy to stay in this hotel . Rooms , cleaning , service , food , gym and a specially spa zone is perfect . Area where located hotel is very comfortable . there is all restaraunts , cafe , mall all u need is there . As i visit istanbul few rimes a year , i have stayed in all other hotels and the best decision was to use this hotel for every trip . Thank you
