I informed the property before going and they made it a very special and wonderful stay. Gurkan at the reception was exceptional for his professionalism and sweetness. He made sure we had everything we need and trued to make our stay perfect every chance he got. He even helped me book taxi and got me packed breakfast when my checkout was early morning.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the location was perfect, the breakfast was delicious, and the room facilities were excellent.
