I loved the cleanliness of the place, the warm welcome, and the helpful and respectful receptionist. The lobby was clean and elegantly furnished, and the room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. The availability of parking in the basement was excellent.

Nice, clean hotel, the staff is kind and attentive to the guests. Istanbul airport is about 40 minutes - 1 hour by car (depending on traffic). They can book/call a taxi at the hotel, which was a big help for us. The breakfast was delicious. I recommend the hotel’s restaurant, very delicious foods, drinks and desserts are available. Just a small thing: some member of the staff there unfortunately doesn't know much English. The Grand Bazar is about a 15mins walk from the hotel, and other attractions can also be easily reached by public transport or a longer walk.

Everything is clean and well-maintained. The reception staff is helpful, and I received a free room upgrade as soon as I booked. Many thanks to the hotel management.

I informed the property before going and they made it a very special and wonderful stay. Gurkan at the reception was exceptional for his professionalism and sweetness. He made sure we had everything we need and trued to make our stay perfect every chance he got. He even helped me book taxi and got me packed breakfast when my checkout was early morning.
