Some of the hotel's highlights were its location near the railway station (for regular trains) and some major temples and museums, the attentive and professional staff - especially at the reception - and the free laundry service that were very helpful and appreciated

Room size is exceptional for the price point. The whole hotel is perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. So sorry I forgot to bring my swimming shorts because the pool looked very inviting. And they run a free shuttle into town if you can’t get a table in the restaurant.

The location is central, and the staff was very helpful.

We had a great stay at Lakeshore Hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and spoke great English. The hotel accommodated an early check in for us which was much appreciated as we had just arrived from North America. We enjoyed the neighborhood, it was easy to walk to most points of interest in central Tainan and there were lots of good places to eat close by.
