Comfortable Accommodations: Allred Hotel in Newport offers family rooms with private bathrooms, sea views, and modern amenities. Staff was always very friendly and welcoming, we had a busy schedule and missed the room attendants, but they were super kind when we requested towels at the end of our long day. The room has an excellent view.

This location is EVERYTHING! we left our car and walked over to Pelican Brewing for dinner and then back. To wake up to these views was the highlight of our entire trip so far. The resort is so cute, clean, welcoming and cozy. The staff were great.

Latte's, wine, doggie treats, etc. Instead of going out for dinner, we purchased some deli food and took it all back to our room. Great views and good food.

We had an amazing stay at Surfsand Resort! From the moment we arrived, we felt really welcomed and taken care of. The staff was super friendly and kind, and it was such a nice surprise to get a free welcome drink at check-in! There are always hot drinks available in the lobby—hot chocolate, tea, coffee, and apple cider. Such a cozy little bonus, especially after being out in the fresh air. Our room was super clean and felt newly renovated. We loved the comfy bathrobes, the big bathtub, and the fireplace—it all made the stay extra cozy. Plus, we had a beautiful view of Haystack Rock right from our room! One of the best parts was how close the beach is—less than a 2-minute walk, which is amazing, especially with kids. We also booked the beach bonfire for $50, and it was such a fun experience. The staff set everything up and gave us everything for s’mores—sticks, marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate. It was the perfect beach night! There’s also a warm indoor pool and a hot tub on site, which our kids loved and we really enjoyed too. Honestly, this hotel feels like the most budget-friendly option in the area, but it delivers 100% and even more. Great value for the price. We stayed with our two kids and loved everything—no complaints at all. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location, great kitchen with all we needed to cook and serve meals. Very comfortable beds. Loved the wood burning fireplace, not gas but actual wood. View was amazing. Enjoyed the indoor pool and recreation room. Check in was so easy. Beach was very clean and plenty of shore to walk a long distance. Will absolutely stay here again.
