Very clean (with staff cleaning throughout the day), perfect location by the ski resort, friendly and accommodating staff. One of the staff members even helped me jumpstart my car when its battery died in front of the lobby.

Excellent staff, spacious Room, fantastic view, modern furniture, clean comfortable beds, clean new carpet, clean towels, 2 new, well-maintained elevators, bottles of water available at any time, great morning breakfast in the Hotel lobby, plenty of parking space. Home 2 Suites by Hilton in North Conway is the best Hotel we stayed in our US trip. If I am again in this area I will definitely stay in it again plus I will look for this Hilton brand in my future US travels.

My son loved being served breakfast. The host was super good with him. Beds were comfortable. I could only imagine if we would have been vacationing during summer months. The fire pit, outside seating, and the view of the lakes through the wilderness would have been the most surreal stay.

Very clean and the room was big. Location was perfect and there was a huge supermarket 5 mins walk away and many restaurants near by. Views from the garden and fire pit were great too

The hotel was clean and tidy. The room included a love seat sofa which was a plus for us. Bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed. The hotel owner was friendly and even gave us great hiking tips and info on a couple waterfalls in the area considering the weather was rather poor. Would stay again.

We have stayed at many inn's and air b&b's and the Buttonwood Inn ranks in the top 3 ever. A modest and unassuming exterior reveals a beautifully decorated and detailed interior of impeccable cleanliness. The inn's kitchen was noteworthy in it's organization and spotless appearance. Breakfast consisted of French toast with local maple syrup, bacon, yogurt, granola and varies fruits all prepared superbly. No one left hungry. The common areas were warm and cozy with lots of books and games (and treats) at hand. We enjoyed chatting with the other guests. The owners were super attentive and helpful in every way. A high bar for others to follow. We look forward to returning.
