The location is so convenient, a very short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, follow the street to the right and you find yourself deep in the Old Quarter. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. We were fortunate to stay in two different rooms. The Japanese style room is cosy and well appointed. The balcony rooms are spacious and a fabulous place to relax after a day of walking the city. But the reason this is our favourite hotel is the amazing staff. Phoung greets everyone at breakfast making sure your day is off to a great start providing lots of tips for your day in Hà Nội. The front of house team with a big shoutout to Tee and Tommy always with a smile and helpful hints and made coming back to the hotel so welcoming. Our most grateful thanks to Andie on the Tour Desk. Before we even arrived Andie made sure our stay was organised, from the rooms to the additional tours and travel to Sa Pa. Andie stayed in touch over the whole 2 weeks we were in Vietnam. Andies attention to detail, professionalism and most of all her friendliness absolutely made our trip fabulous. If you are staying in Hà Nội we cannot recommend this gorgeous boutique hotel enough.

I really liked the breakfast everything was tasty and there were some Japanese cuisines. Also the facilities and amenities are good and clean. There are a laundry and kitchen in the room so if you are going to stay in Hanoi longer they would be helpful.

A special thank you to Thom, who went above and beyond to help us with a tricky situation involving the shipment of a painting we bought in Hanoi—completely unrelated to our hotel stay. She was incredibly kind and supportive during a stressful time, and we’re truly grateful for her help. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Peridot Grand Hotel & Spa has 2 on-site restaurants, 3 bars, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and spa in Hanoi. This 5-star hotel offers a shared lounge and a concierge service. the location is great, very close to all main attractions yet quite calm inside. the rooms are ok, a bit basic but have everything you need. the service is excellent, outstanding hospitality. the staff is so welcoming, polite and professional spa is very nice and relaxing, had great massage just before going to the airport. breakfast was very diverse and high quality
