Matatagpuan sa Hanoi at maaabot ang Thang Long Water Puppet Theater sa loob ng 3 minutong lakad, ang Aurora Oriental Hotel ay nagtatampok ng mga concierge service, mga non-smoking na kuwarto, terrace,... This is our new favourite hotel. The location is so convenient, a very short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, follow the street to the right and you find yourself deep in the Old Quarter. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. We were fortunate to stay in two different rooms. The Japanese style room is cosy and well appointed. The balcony rooms are spacious and a fabulous place to relax after a day of walking the city. But the reason this is our favourite hotel is the amazing staff. Phoung greets everyone at breakfast making sure your day is off to a great start providing lots of tips for your day in Hà Nội. The front of house team with a big shoutout to Tee and Tommy always with a smile and helpful hints and made coming back to the hotel so welcoming. Our most grateful thanks to Andie on the Tour Desk. Before we even arrived Andie made sure our stay was organised, from the rooms to the additional tours and travel to Sa Pa. Andie stayed in touch over the whole 2 weeks we were in Vietnam. Andies attention to detail, professionalism and most of all her friendliness absolutely made our trip fabulous. If you are staying in Hà Nội we cannot recommend this gorgeous boutique hotel enough.

Take a room with a view to the street if you like light in your room! Excellent location with a walking distance to Old Quartier attractions.

This hotel was fantastic, but what really sets it apart is the staff. They’re on a whole different level. Every single person we met was so kind, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making our stay unforgettable. They didn’t just do the basics, they went out of their way to make everything easier and better for us. The heated pool was fantastic—clean, spacious, and a great spot to unwind. The water was just the right temperature. The breakfast was another big plus. There were lots of options. Everything tasted fresh, and the coffee was great.
