I have never experienced hospitality like this at the Classyc Hotel. My best experience in Hanoi was the kindness and genuine care of the people working there. Vietnamese people are incredibly kind in general, but the staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. If you stay here, you will be in the best hands. When we said goodbye, they waved to us as if I were a family member. The rooms are comfy, the food is delicious, and the spa treatments are also great!

Mayroon ang La Siesta Classic Hang Thung ng outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, terrace, at restaurant sa Hanoi. Great hotel with excellent staff: very kind, helpful, and professional. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, especially on weekends: the hotel is just outside the city center road closures, so it’s easy to reach by car and much quieter at night. I slept very well, and the heated pool was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day. Highly recommended!

We travel a lot, but this was by far our best hotel experience. We were lucky to receive a room upgrade and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Hanoi. A special thank you to Camellia, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything. She truly understands what great hospitality means, and the hotel can be proud to have someone like her on the team. Truly a recommendation!

Peridot Grand Hotel & Spa has 2 on-site restaurants, 3 bars, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and spa in Hanoi. This 5-star hotel offers a shared lounge and a concierge service. We had a pick-up arranged and had a comfortable ride to the hotel. The personel from the driver, reception desk, buffett workers to the spa ladies were incredibly nice and helpful. The room was clean, they had useful amenities like dental set, razor kit, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious food. The spa treatments had a good quality. The entire stay was really pleasant.
