We liked it! The price is normal for a five-star hotel, and the experience really delivers. One of the best breakfasts we've had, and the suite we stayed in was *extremely* comfortable. Great pillows, great shower, large suite, lots of convenient lighting options, large bed and comfy sheets etc... The pool and jacuzzi is comfortable also, and the location cannot really get better! Staff were super friendly also.

Staff at reception was wonderful in helping when we were anxious about an honest mistake on dates. He went to lengths to explain and assist. Really appreciate his smile and assurance despite the effort he went to help us.

What we loved most about the GM Premium Hotel was its fantastic location, delicious breakfast, and outstanding hospitality of its stuff. A special thank you to Thom, who went above and beyond to help us with a tricky situation involving the shipment of a painting we bought in Hanoi—completely unrelated to our hotel stay. She was incredibly kind and supportive during a stressful time, and we’re truly grateful for her help. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
