The location is absolutely perfect for anyone visiting Hanoi — right in the heart of everything but still peaceful and relaxing. Aurora Oriental Hotel is easily one of the best boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I’m already looking forward to coming back again — thank you for making my stay so memorable!

It is a vintage look hotel in a prime location with all modern facilities. Very pretty and clean. The service of the staff was exceptional, super helpful and pleasant. Made our stay Hanoi a wonderful experience highly recommended. delicious breakfast with a view of the old cathedral.

This hotel was fantastic, but what really sets it apart is the staff. They’re on a whole different level. Every single person we met was so kind, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making our stay unforgettable. They didn’t just do the basics, they went out of their way to make everything easier and better for us. The heated pool was fantastic—clean, spacious, and a great spot to unwind. The water was just the right temperature. The breakfast was another big plus. There were lots of options. Everything tasted fresh, and the coffee was great.
