The room was spacious and clean. The facilities were well kept, pool inviting, gym energizing, restaurant deliciously filling and the Spa outstandingly relaxing.

Hotel in an excellent location in the old city, walking distance to the lake. The hotel is renovated, opened a few months ago. Everything is nice clean and polished. The room was amazing. Breakfast in the dining room on the 9th floor with a rich buffet, when you can order free special dishes (e.g. Benedict meal). The hotel manager took care of us personally, the reception staff took care of us the whole time. excellent service!

Everything was perfect and we loved our stay at Five Star Westlake. The spacious room / small apartment has everything you need and is a big plus when traveling for an extended period of time. We really appreciated the washing machine and the filter system for the tap water. The staff is amazing and super helpful. The variety of vegan options at the breakfast buffet was a highlight - I want to give a special thanks to Tina who went above and beyond to help us everyday at breakfast.

What we loved most about the GM Premium Hotel was its fantastic location, delicious breakfast, and outstanding hospitality of its stuff. A special thank you to Thom, who went above and beyond to help us with a tricky situation involving the shipment of a painting we bought in Hanoi—completely unrelated to our hotel stay. She was incredibly kind and supportive during a stressful time, and we’re truly grateful for her help. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Peridot Grand Luxury Boutique Hotel was the best place we stayed in Hanoi. The service was extremely hospitable, with staff always attentive and professional. The hotel itself is spacious and beautifully designed in a boutique style, making it feel both elegant and comfortable. The gym was large and well equipped, and our room was spacious, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is also very good—perfect for walking around and exploring the city on foot. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium experience in Hanoi.
