Mayroon ang La Siesta Classic Hang Thung ng outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, terrace, at restaurant sa Hanoi. We had a fantastic four-night stay at this hotel. The location couldn’t be better—right in the Old Quarter and within easy walking distance of major attractions, with plenty of restaurants and shops just steps away. Service throughout our stay was exceptional. We had booked two deluxe twin rooms for our family of four. My parents’ room turned out to be smaller and without a window, but once they mentioned the difference, the reception team immediately upgraded them to a larger room. Even more impressively, after our second night the staff randomly called my sister and me to offer a complimentary upgrade to a top-floor suite. We happily accepted, and the new room was spacious, complete with a balcony overlooking the city. The top-floor lounge with complimentary snacks and refreshments was a great bonus. I used the laundry service twice, and both times my clothes were returned within 24 hours, clean and well cared for. Breakfast was another highlight — a varied buffet that changed daily, along with made-to-order egg and noodle dishes. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was very good. Although we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or spa, both looked inviting. A special shout-out to Tram, who was especially helpful during our stay. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again!

From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Every team member went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, always with a smile and a positive attitude. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was truly impressive. It made the stay feel relaxing and worry-free. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay. It was extremely diverse, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, both local and international. Everything was well-prepared, high quality, and plentiful, making every morning a real pleasure. Overall, Grand Hotel du Lac Hanoi exceeded my expectations in every possible way. The positive atmosphere, attentive staff, clean rooms, and outstanding breakfast made this an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would definitely return in the future.

Nagtatampok ang Meritel Hanoi ng outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, terrace, at restaurant sa Hanoi. Everything was lovely, even the spa-like smell. Staff were wonderful—helpful and pleasant. Great morning lattes! Nice martinis! Our room with a terrace was remarkable in such a crowded and busy city.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hanoi! The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the city. What truly made the experience special was our host, Hope. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready with helpful tips and recommendations. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi!
