The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly with us and they even gave us a small gift when we checked out of our room. Their rooftop bar/restaurant was really nice and a great option if you want to have a few drinks and maybe some food after a long day of sightseeing. The location was good - you can walk to the close by attractions or the old quarter although I wouldn’t recommended to do it every day since there might be sidewalks you can’t use because of shops etc but instead getting a grab taxi which is super cheap and faster.

Mayroon ang La Siesta Classic Hang Thung ng outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, terrace, at restaurant sa Hanoi. The hotel is situated in the city center. It’s accessible to almost everything from the spa to night markets and various choices of restaurants. I love the aesthetic of the pool and its library. Furthermore, the staff are very accommodating and easy to deal with. I would like to commend these staff for showing a very welcoming vibe. Quynh she is very professional and always greets you with a wide smile, she’s very accommodating and always ask you how was your day. Quynh deserves to be recognized with her efforts with great customer service. Also, Richard from the reception. He was very professional when I checked-in. He is easy to deal with and he knows what’s he’s doing. He also smiles and greets you with a welcoming vibe. Hats off to these staff. I love the pool and the breakfast choices this time.

Nasa prime location sa gitna ng Hanoi, ang GRAND HOTEL du LAC Hanoi ay nag-aalok ng mga naka-air condition na kuwarto, outdoor swimming pool, libreng WiFi, at fitness center. The staff at this place made the trip. The food was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable, but the staff truly made this experience. They were so attentive and ready to help, namely Grace who checked us in and out. She had such a good attitude and was always ready to help. We never had to worry about any planning or booking because they pretty much had us covered even for last minute requests, so this stay was honestly perfect. However, one thing I’d like to point out as a comment to the general management is to allow the employees to use their real names. I know it’s a consideration about how difficult it is to pronounce Vietnamese names but I think if people are traveling to a new country there’s a responsibility foreigners have to atleast attempt to pronounce words and names as best as they can and not be given a proxy English name to make things easier. I say this because the staff was so great that I wish I knew their real names. Please consider letting them use name tags with their real names.

Nagtatampok ang Meritel Hanoi ng outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, terrace, at restaurant sa Hanoi. The rooms were clean, the restaurant was great and the staff was especially very cordial and helpful. All the staff, be it at the reception or the restaurant was sweet and helped us with any queries during the stay. Their spa is absolutely amazing.

Matatagpuan sa Hanoi, 1.7 km mula sa One Pillar Pagoda, ang Five Star Westlake 1st-4th Floors Hotel & Serviced Apartment ay nagtatampok ng accommodation na may mga libreng bisikleta, libreng private... I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with its excellent lakeside location. The staff was exceptional, and getting around was convenient with nearby bus stops. The pool and sauna were great amenities. What impressed me the most was the flexibility of paying later, and the breakfast service was top-notch; I even left a tip for the deserving staff. they give free electric bike and in room have free washing machines to wash clothes which is very rare, being traveler since 2015 i never see this type of services.

If you want a more plush option to explore the old quarter of Hanoi, this is an excellent choice. The staff are charming and go out of their way to make your stay special. A special thank you to Sam from reception who made a real difference to our stay - extremely attentive and professional. The hotel has a great breakfast and nice rooftop bar to wind down in the evening. Would definitely recommend
