Well equipped gym and nice rooftop pool. Staff were super helpful and enthusiastic. Breakfast spread was good. Chose to have dinner in the hotel on one night. Food took some time due to a large party. The staff were super apologetic.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located with a nice rooftop with a view on the city. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean. We highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Hanoï 🏨

Nagtatampok ang Meritel Hanoi ng outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, terrace, at restaurant sa Hanoi. Centrally located, walking distance to everything. Wonderful vibe and great staff. Paul in reception stole the show, couldn’t do enough for us. We’ll be back. Highly recommend

This hotel was amazing! Everything was perfection. We used facilities including roof top bar, infinity pool, spa, viatnamese restaurant and it was flawless. Buffet breakfast is amazing with great variety & location was central. Beds were the absolute comfiest!
