It’s a little bit of a walk or a short grab ride to the old quarter area, but it’s nice to stay in a spot that is less touristy. Lots of great local street food around.

I never take the time to come rate hotels here, but this time i needed. They were perfect from the very beginning until the last minute. So kind all the people working in there. Rooms are amazing and super clean!

The staff were excellent, super helpful, polite and very friendly. The hotel has a great location. I highly recommend this hotel. Ms. Quynh Ho, our guest officer, goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. She extends a helping hand, especially in terms of food and tours. She even offered to be on whatsapp if we have any questions.

Nasa prime location sa gitna ng Hanoi, ang GRAND HOTEL du LAC Hanoi ay nag-aalok ng mga naka-air condition na kuwarto, outdoor swimming pool, libreng WiFi, at fitness center. The staff at this place made the trip. The food was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable, but the staff truly made this experience. They were so attentive and ready to help, namely Grace who checked us in and out. She had such a good attitude and was always ready to help. We never had to worry about any planning or booking because they pretty much had us covered even for last minute requests, so this stay was honestly perfect. However, one thing I’d like to point out as a comment to the general management is to allow the employees to use their real names. I know it’s a consideration about how difficult it is to pronounce Vietnamese names but I think if people are traveling to a new country there’s a responsibility foreigners have to atleast attempt to pronounce words and names as best as they can and not be given a proxy English name to make things easier. I say this because the staff was so great that I wish I knew their real names. Please consider letting them use name tags with their real names.

Top notch and professional from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. The room had a modern kitchen, even a washing machine.

We (a group of 4 people, 2 rooms) all liked absolutely everything about the GM Premium Hotel. It is located in a great place in the middle of the Old Town but the rooms look towards the back yard so they are very quiet and we had a great sleep. The rooms are spacious, very conveniently arranged and with everything necessary for a true 5 star hotel. Everything is very clean. The staff is very attentive and polite. Breakfast is on the top floor and offers a nice view and a great choice of food. We also tried the restaurant and loved th food there. If you are planning a stay in Hanoi this Hotel should be your first choice.

Peridot Grand Hotel & Spa has 2 on-site restaurants, 3 bars, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and spa in Hanoi. This 5-star hotel offers a shared lounge and a concierge service. Hotel staff was great. Lucy at the travel agent at the hotel was amazing. She booked all the trips for us including Nin Binh and Halong Bay. Very reliable . The spa was amazing - great value for money.
