The staff was very gentle and helpful in organizing trips and activities (trekking starting directly from the hotel). Very good restaurant.

Extremely helpful staff, the location is perfect for hiking, it is close to small villages that are not so over runned by turists. It is literally in the middle of rice fields. We spend 3 days (2 nights) and could easily have used one day more just sitting watching the landscape.

We had an incredible view over the mountains and rice terraces from our room. The breakfast buffet was huge. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We had problems with our shuttle bus, as it did not show up at the arranged time and they immediately called the bus company and arranged another car!

Where to start? The location was absolutely incredible, the room was a great size with a very large and comfortable bed and the pool and lounge area was unbeatable. We booked this property with the intention to relax after the Ha Giang Loop and it delivered. The staff helped us arrange taxis to and from the property, gave superb recommendations and were so incredibly kind. I cannot recommend this property enough!

I highly recommend this place! Everything was so perfect, I was little bit unsure where to stay in Sapa, but this location is wonderful. You can get a local guide tour arranged by the hotel. No worries that you are not in the town, you will enjoy the nature more!
