Everything was absolutely exceptional. We really appreciated the free refillable water bottles that we were given - they were a pleasant surprise. We also really enjoyed the inclusion of a free tram ride early in the morning to see the falls from the Victoria Falls bridge where we were not only shown the views, but also told the history of the bridge’s construction.

Very luxurious accommodation, exceeded our expectations. The room was extremely spacious with a separated bathroom for privacy. It also had an amazing outdoor shower and direct access to the pool with loungers on the terrace. Very comfortable bed and linen, all seemed brand new. The staff were extremely attentive nothing was too much for them. Breakfast was a treat as were the coctails by the pool.
