None, staff doesn't know what they do, lacks correct info, deceiving name of hotel, imperial hotel and no signs saying Ramada.

We didn't use the pool or have breakfast. The room was okay, but not up to the standard of other Ramada's we have stayed in.

The picture looked like a nice Ramada that’s fancy and with a huge room. Then it turns out to be old and run down :(

It was not a hotel. It’s more like a motel. Usually Ramada hotels are very nice hotels. This was not even close to Ramada.

Nothing. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. How Ramada or Wyndham attached thier name to this place is mind blowing.

Room was yucky. Missing and stained bathroom panels, door taped together and looks like it was kicked and broken. I wasn’t comfortable at all. We assumed it was going to be the like in Airdrie, not even close. Ramada should be ashamed of this place. Breakfast was ok, pool looks nice but we didn’t use it. Looks like a very low budget hotel. Would never stay here again.
