The Paradise is a colonial stone house on Puerto Pirámides Beach, in the panoramic Valdés Peninsula Natural Reserve. It offers diving classes, adventure sports and whale watching boat trips. To discover the Valdes Peninsula properly, one needs to spend 2-3 nights in Puerto Pirámides. The Paradise hotel is located on the higher, quiet part of the village, further away from the arrival of the big busses, with a nice view to the sea (at least from the suite we booked). The suite was clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed and the staff was very nice. One needs to be aware, this is a location in a half-desert area, in the middle of a National Park - for more luxurious hotels one should stay in Puerto Madryn. But we were very happy with our choice to stay in The Paradise hotel.

Set in an ecological building surrounded by a garden, Del Nomade Hosteria Ecologica offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and breakfast. Great communication, they even assisted us to book a whale tour. We got stranded elsewhere due to fuel issues and didn’t charge us that night of accommodation that we missed, which I think was very generous.

Located in Puerto Pirámides in the Chubut region, La Reserva en el Mar features a balcony. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. La Reserva En El Mar is a nice place to stay. It is located on the main street looking towards the ocean where the whale 🐋 tours depart. It has the best location in town. There is private parking in front of the building 🏫. The apartment is clean and very comfortable. The bed is comfortable, the shower is hot and the internet is strong. There is both AC and heat. The manager is friendly and he takes payment. The place is quiet at night good for sleeping. Excellent. Thank you.

Set in Puerto Pirámides, Hostel Bahía Ballenas features a garden, shared lounge, BBQ facilities, and free WiFi throughout the property. This spacious and airy hostel (with AC!) is in a very quiet beach village on Peninsula Valdes, a nature reserve on the Golfo Nuevo. Even outside the much more popular whale-watching season this area is so incredibly rich in wildlife, sea life and fossils that I stayed for three weeks instead of three days. If you're still a beginner in Castellano and Google Translate fails, there are several people in the village who are fluent in English and can translate further. The locals are very welcoming. I particularly recommend Serena de Mar, the cafe by the beach, for snacks and meals. There's no breakfast provided at the hostel, but the kitchen facilities are good, plenty of fresh ingredients to buy nearby, and we created some delicious collaborative home-made meals. The hostel staff are very friendly and helpful. I was very glad to have chosen to stay there and will return. Oh, and the hostel showers are great!

We had an absolutely amazing stay. It was wonderful. It would be impossible for anybody to have been more helpful than Sil. Impossible. We have literally travelled the world on our motorcycle and this must rate as one if the best places we have stayed - it might not suit everybody as this is not a 5* hotel but we absolutely loved it. Food was amazing! Location so serene and relaxing. The chef is exceptional and very polite and friendly. The hostess was very sweet.
