The whole town is a pedestrian zone and is very beautiful. It is only tens of meters from the nice Inn embankment. There is a castle on the hill directly above the house. The town has quite a bit of history to learn, even the neighboring house is proud of His Highness Erzherzog Ferdinand spending some time in it! Though the town is a pedestrian zone, you are entitled to drive beside your house to load/unload your possessions and to park for free at a nearby (again, just 50 meters away) parking zone, which is otherwise paid: Martin gives you a license which you keep under the windshield. The apartment is well furnished, equipped and maintained. It is visible that everything is taken care of and thought through. The host and his wife are the main reason you should come there. I think I've never met so cordial, calm ("no-fuss, no-haste") and positive host before. I highly recommend Martin's apartment and would gladly come stay there again!

I’me both here and at das Luggi until someone observes entanglement in the sky-high dream. Exactly! Reith im Alpbachtal (a gem in Austria’s Tyrol, not far from Innsbruck’s Igls Olympic Sliding Centre, which might host the Games’ sliding events).

The apartment was very clean, very well equipped big and spacious. The host was lovely, however they mostly speak German, very little English. There are numerous places around one can visit, especially with the summer Alpbach Card.

We stayed only a weekend during the end of summer for a short family visit. The host was very warm-hearted and welcomed us. She gave us detailed instructions about the property and the locations of interest in the region. Furthermore, I was not expecting it, but the Alpbach Card was a bonus to us during our stay, allowing us to use many nearby facilities free of charge. We visited the mountains in Lauserland in the two days and the kids really loved it. We are considering to re-visit the place during a winter ski season.

The lakes and museum within walking distance were incredible. The villages a short drive away were great.
