Good location, parking nearby, we booked 3-persons room and received a magnificent suite, very good value for money indeed (the hotel was full at the end). Luxurious place, run very well. Spacious rooms. Very pleasant breakfast room with a nice lady serving there. Very good quality/price report. Public parking (with hotel entry) underground “next door” for 14€. Walking distance from the centre. The area not at all of ‘train station nearby’ style, calm and clean.

Good lacation. Good undergroud garage.

This hotel is fantastic! The rooms are so beautiful and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious As a British solo traveller who doesn’t speak the language, I couldn’t have been made to feel more relaxed. I cannot praise this hotel and its staff enough!

The hotel’s location was incredibly convenient. The hotel itself was very clean and charming, perfectly matching the spirit of Füssen. The restaurant was quite luxurious, offering flavors you’ll never regret trying. I especially want to thank Medi. You can reach the Neuschwanstein Castle area in 10-15 minutes.

It was a beautiful location, and the facilities for our family were fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to us, very willing to help wherever they could.

This place was the most fantastic place I’ve seen. The views of the alps were magnificent, the breakfast 5star, the reception amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was incredibly comfortable, cleaned daily, and had a modern design. It was also very warm and cozy, with excellent windows – a big plus, especially during the winter. We greatly appreciated receiving the Füssen City Cards from the hotel, which allowed us to use the buses for free throughout our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were both delicious and satisfying. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable – we hope to return in the future!

This hotel is located at the very center of a city, and jet it has a parking that you can reserve, so it's location is abosultely perfect.

Very central location. Easy walk from train/bus station. Great breakfast. Lovely restaurant with tables on the street. Good food. Room size was fine for us.

Great location, but in particular the extra help provided by Torsten when we thought we had left our passports at a previous accomodation. He immediately called and waited around for a return call. Fortunately we located them down the side of the seat in our car. Very helpful and considerate staff fir a non-German speaking couple from NZ

The hotel offers aesthetically pleasing accommodations with comfortable rooms and exceptionally hospitable staff. We were provided with an a la carte menu, and the quality of the food and the service were both excellent. The swimming pool is well-maintained and offers breathtaking views. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our stay at the hotel.

Superb location in the centre of town...very friendly staff

Very convenient check-in even we arrived late. Easily entered the hotel then got the room key by following the instructions received. We had good sleep thanks to comfortable bed and proper temperature in the room. (no fan or air condition needed). Great views to the lake and mountain from window / balcony. The lakeside and restaurants are in pleasant walking distance.

Everything was lovely! The staff very polite and always helpfull! Very clean and very comfy, excellent breakfast!

I spent 4 nights with my family in the Chalet and it was amazing. The accommodation also includes a large garden with a natural swimming pool, grill and fireplace. Every morning during my morning "swim" I was captivated by the view of the Tyrolean mountains. The breakfast was very tasty, especially the homemade honey. The interior of the chalet was perfect (clean and cozy). I highly recommend.

Fantastic location. Away from the main part of Fussen, down a winding road to a small secluded section, directly facing the mountains. Incredibly warm and comfortable atmosphere, with a perfect addition of the Sauna, after snowy hikes in the area. Extremely good value for money, and well worth getting the breakfast.
