Is not top of the line luxury but very adequate: bed was great, more spacious than a hotel room, a little kitchen so you're not reliant on eating out all the time, nice lounge to relax in, excellent water pressure in the shower (just watch the hot water -can get very hot but we liked it) and bonus: free EV charger in the garage. But the greatest of all was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Like luxury interior especially reception on the ground floor with balloons on top of high ceiling decor. The reception desk was friendly.

Couldn’t fault it. Spa sauna and rooftop pool and fire pit access were first class. Under ground secure parking and comfortable new luxury apartment with wi fi and streaming tv coffee machine etc. five stars and reasonable price.

Outstanding service

How beautiful room this was. It was a more luxury room than I expected. There were comfortable bathroom, quiet bedroom, and an amazing kitchen. I’d like to use this place for longer stay again!

Luxury accommodation with amazing customer service experience throughout our stay.. Food in restaurant is fabulous and very well presented. Love Ramada in Canberra...absolutely coming back.

Massive rooms, luxury feel, brilliant value for money

Very modern. Great location. Has luxury feel. Staff were very friendly. Comfortable bed, and lots of room and little extras (dishwasher, stove).
