Everything about this hotel is designed for guests to have a relaxing stay. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop lounge where we had coffee in the morning & a glass of wine & played cards in the evening. The hotel has lots of equipment to enhance days at the beach and two electric bikes which are available for guests use FOC, we hadn't ridden electric bikes previously but soon got the hang of them. Had a delicious meal at the nearby Sandbar Restaurant.

It's a great caravan park close to the water. Nice and clean, perfect for myself and my little son. Great value too. Plus my son left his stuffed rabbit there accidentally and the found it swiftly and sent it home free of charge! Kindness in business is a rare commodity these days so I applaud them.

Yamba was a wonderful place to have some much needed RNR. The town had lots of great coffee shop & plenty of other shops to browse through. The coastline is very pretty & the surrounding places Angourie, Mclean & Iluka made for very enjoyable trips.

Grafton is a friendly cathedral city sitting astride...

Grafton is a friendly cathedral city sitting astride possibly the most beautiful river in the country. The town is littered with well preserved old Queenslander type homes and the local council has done a good job beautifying the main shopping precinct. There isn't a lot to do in Grafton unless you can utilize the river however it is central to some of the coasts most amazing beaches, bush trails and mountain trips. This is not a" high octane" travel destination. A small step into the more recent past.

A very chilled town. Ferry ride across the water to Yamba. Groceries, butcher, baker, bottle shops, other accommodation, fresh seafood co-op ( active fishing town ), very modern hotel now replacing the iconic old Sedges Pub. The water views and sunsets amazing. Rainforest heritage walk, easy on the legs and close to town. Bowling and Golf clubs just on the edges of town. Bundjalung National Park nearby. Best come and see for yourself. Love the place.

Great town with character! Picturesque views of Clarence river! Great drives from town & foreshore walks! Scottish influence evident with shops, monuments & Tartans on poles! Very close to Yamba & cruises up river as well as Yamba harbour !

Its a sleepy town, great for relaxing with the family and...

Its a sleepy town, great for relaxing with the family and enjoying the outdoors. Great beach for the kids to play and splash in shallow water somewhat sheltered from the wind. Lots of fishing spots. We enjoyed a roll of lawn bowls one afternoon and enjoyed the sunset at Wooli bowling club. We also enjoyed a day pass into the Big 4 park to let the kids play on the equipment. We went to cafe 383 everyday, and could have spent more time there, great coffee, food, cocktails and a huge indoor playground that kept the kids entertained for hours. This place was an extra special find in this town.

Brooms head is a lovely seaside country stay with all essentials easy to find and friendly place to stop. One main General store and Bowling Club. Camping areas close to the beach and the Kangaroos were grassing around the area. Rotary Covered seating area building were enhanced with some murals which gave them character. You can drive along the waterfront or Stroll along the paths with seating along the way to sit and enjoy the views.

We always stop over in Ulmarra when travelling for work as it is comfortable, peaceful and quaint with great food at the Pub Hotel. We love visiting all the galleries and sometimes see the best sunsets over the river. The coffee shop is also great for a meal or to purchase fresh good quality bread. The flying foxes are interesting near the public toilets. An easy walk around town to stretch the legs on your travels. We love the restored town and pretty buildings and gardens.

Great country retreat. Very clean comfortable modern studio. Had lovely quiet A/c heating for winter. Our 2 small dogs loved their stay too. Large enclosed yard and country walks. Mike the host is a lovely, he kept to himself yet there if you needed him. Loved our stay. 20 min to town or enjoy the country location.

We enjoyed the small town with shops. Had a lovely walk on the beach and the head. We had a good meal at the RSL where there was a live band playing. We had a lovely brunch al fresco with a great view at the Shack cafe.

Yamba has a number of beaches so there’s always someone...

Yamba has a number of beaches so there’s always someone sheltered. Views from the lighthouse hill are great - it’s fun to watch the fishing boats going out and eating prawns and oysters is also very much part of a Yamba holiday. The shops are interesting, even the op shops and it’s an easy drive to Angourie and Blue Pools. A ferry trip to Iluka is a different experience and there are lots of nearby bush walks. Plenty of eating places and a great pool on the rock shelf on the main beach. Good farmers market too. Off the highway so a bit of an escape.
