Surpassed my expectactions. The motel wasn't cheap but the room was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to help us and answer any questions. Additionally it was a nice surprise having the bikes, surfboards and sauna all included for free. The room was also cleaned everyday, and the small things such as chargers, speaker and nice soaps made for such an enjoyable stay.

We had a gorgeous sea-facing room with balcony where we ate in the evening and watched the town rev up for a big night. The position of our room (room 6) meant that we were not bothered by noise at all. The room was large and well-appinted, and the bed was super comfortable. We particularly lved being able to park in the private hotel car park, the welcome voucher of a free drink each (which we took up to our balcony) and the warmth and friendliness of all of the staff that we met.

It was great for us to stay over 1 night as we were on our way to Bendalong and Pebbly Beach. The location is great, close to the golf club where the food was great. Too bad that we had very short time there as our trip was focusing more in Queensland. We will definitely stay here next time if we take road trip south.

A magical farm stay experience (with a slightly bumpy start) We arrived at The Woods Farm around 6:30 pm, and to be honest, it was a little unsettling at first — the entire property was pitch dark, and we couldn’t find a single staff member around. After calling via WhatsApp, we found out that we needed to locate our cottage ourselves, which was quite tricky in the dark and a bit worrying. But as it turns out, this is just how things work here. Our mood shifted completely once we found our cottage — and wow, it was stunning. Beautifully built with high-quality materials, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed: 3 comfy bedrooms, a lovely living room, and a full kitchen. The next morning, we understood why this place gets so much praise. We were greeted by wild kangaroos hopping across the massive backyard, and the kids were absolutely thrilled. Then came the real highlight — feeding time at the farm! We got to meet and feed alpacas, goats, sheep, cows, pigs, ponies, and even wild parrots who pecked sunflower seeds straight from our hands. Our 3- and 8-year-olds were in absolute heaven — it was truly something special. There’s also a huge playground right next to the pool, which was perfect for the kids to burn off more energy. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. Our kids are still talking about it long after we’ve moved on to our next destination. If we weren’t already committed to a tight travel plan, we definitely would have stayed longer. Highly recommend for families looking for a unique and unforgettable farm stay!

Location location location! The beach literally across the street. We were really pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and layout separating the 2 beds either side of the bathroom, which was very nice and modern. Super clean and lovely linen. The room facilities including microwave which we didn't need but good to know for future stays.

I enjoyed the Shoalhaven Zoo, with a variety of Australian and exotic animals. Treetops adventure climbing is on the zoo grounds, featuring tree and cliff climbing and ziplines. The Navy's Fleet Air Arm museum (free) is adjacent to Nowra airport, a few kilometers out of town, and features both helicopters and fixed-wing airplanes used by the Australian Navy. The Nowra Art Gallery had three exhibitions open when I was there - they were free.

Huskisson is a beautiful coastal destination, perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The stunning white sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, and peaceful surroundings make it a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy time together. There are lovely nearby restaurants and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the beach and coastal scenery. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Huskisson to families and anyone looking for a memorable seaside escape. We would love to visit again!

We had a wonderful weekend in Mollymook celebrating our anniversary. We stayed at Motel Molly, a stylish Palm Beach-inspired accommodation, and enjoyed fabulous meals at Gwylo, Dolly’s Cafe and Cupitt’s Estate. It was the perfect combination of great food, beautiful surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend Mollymook as a little jewel of the South Coast!

There is not a lot around, only a small IGA and a liquor store. The takeaway shop, is actually a pizza shop, and quite expensive but delicious. If you want a place to escape the hustle and bustle, relax on a beach, this is the place.

The coast in that part of NSW is always beautiful, but honestly, there just really wasn't a lot to recommend Ulladulla as a town - particularly not when so spoilt for choice in that part of the world. We arrived late afternoon, had a quick look around, and I was pretty happy to be leaving first thing in the morning.

Burrill Lake is close to Ulladulla which has excellent restaurants and clubs and good shopping. We ate several times at an Italian restaurant and at the bowling club and ex-services and at local cafes, all very good. The lake area also has great cafes and some shopping with excellent swimming and boating facilities and fishing is very popular.

Sanctuary point has a nice walk which stretches 6 km around the basin. You can also walk along the quiet suburban streets and spot some Kangaroos and other Australian wildlife. It is a charming place with a relaxing vibe. Huskisson and Vincentia plus local restaurants and eateries are only a short drive away. The national park is amazing, and it is only a 10 min drive from Sanctuary Point. The evenings are quiet and it feels like a perfect retreat from every day life. We arrived and ate at the pub, there's take away eateries and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.
