We stayed here as a family while traveling between the Belize and Mexico border, and it was the perfect convenient stop. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the secure parking gave us peace of mind. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the pool was closed and our kids were really disappointed after a long car ride. That’s when Shahida stepped in. She immediately noticed their disappointment and asked what she could do for us. Thanks to her, we were able to use the whirlpool jacuzzi in a suite, and she completely saved our evening. Huge THX to Shahida for going above and beyond for our family!

Great setting close to Sarteneja and Shipstern. We were able to watch wildlife on the property and nearby. The common kitchen area included potable water, a refrigerator and stove for meal prep (though we ate our meals in Sarteneja).

Great Owner and staff. We had many nice talks with the owner Charlie and would highly recommend his nice hotel.

Mike, Scott and Ali were so welcoming. They engaged in conversation and made us feel completely at home. We loved the terrace area, especially for enjoying our complimentary morning coffee and, in the evening, our cold beers purchased on site. The hotel looks out over the bay so the views are incredible and it is possible to swim from the pier outside. We were able to store our luggage whilst waiting on our bus on the day of check-out, which was much appreciated. This is a little gem of a hotel and, with the plans we heard about, is going to get even better. We can't wait to come back and stay again.

The staff was excellent, all the things in the room funcioned great. Tv, bed, bath room etc and was very clean. This based on mi experience in Italy, Norway, Germany, Mexico, Grenada during 50 years of travelling.

I met Marina when I checked in and she did the most to make me feel welcome and get me set up. She also explained really good advice and had answers to every question i had. Also throughout my stay, she checked on me to see how it was going or if I neeYd anything. The cabana and lobby was immaculate. She had everything so clean and beautiful, literally sparkling! The pool and the grounds were also so pristine. Everything looked just like the photos. I loved having access to the bike to ride into town. The kayak was great too! The pool was also excellent for an evening swim when the waves get too choppy.
