CanadaThe property is ideally located. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the many shops and stores in the old town. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I stayed 3 times within a 3 week span of time and was able to check in early on all occasions. The rooms are clean, a good size, and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room was large, everything was very clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the TV got lots of channels. A small problem with front door code access was quickly resolved via a WhatsApp message to the host. We had no trouble using the elevator to bring our bikes up to our room.

It is in a good location, there's tens of restaurants and they have their own too, which I sadly didn't had the chance to try except for the breakfast. There's also a fitness club with swimming pool and sauna, bars, a bunch of stores selling all sorts of things and the public beach on the lake of Biel is like 15 minutes even by walking. The train station is close as well, my meeting was in another city but it wasn't a pain to get to there.
The room was tidy, the staff was nice, checking in and out was fast, they have comedy central in German...
I'm also happy for the breakfast, they had a good variety of a bunch of things I love.
If I'd happen to stay in the region in the near future, I'd choose them again without hesitation.

I and my wife had a truly wonderful stay at this BnB. It’s run by a generous and welcoming Christian community who made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere is peaceful, respectful, and full of kindness. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast which was a very warm and friendly moment shared with the hosts. It was a real pleasure to sit down and enjoy a delicious meal while having heartfelt conversations.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay that feels meaningful and deeply hospitable.

It's really well located, the company I visited was surprisingly just down a street from there, also a bunch of restaurants and the lake. They weren't on site, but gave me really good instructions, also warned about the turtles/tortoises (which of sadly none I happened to meet). The room was tidy, it had a little ac, a comfy sofa, comfy beds, tv, more then one needs. Oh and a personal little terrace.

Not worth the money to book accommodation for even a one night stay. Only cheap & tacky shops, lacks character & charm - very small (but there are so many lovely quaint towns in Switzerland!), & forgettable. Was recommended an Indian restaurant by a local - & that too was lousy :(

From the beginning, I was impressed by the central location...
From the beginning, I was impressed by the central location and the interactions I had with Dominique, the hostess. I had a few questions beforehand, and she answered all of them thoroughly. She went out of her way to ensure that everything was perfect for me. Dominique kindly picked me up, met me, and showed me all the facilities, operations, and functions.
The apartment was even better than the pictures suggested. Everything worked perfectly, and I didn’t encounter any issues during my stay. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and exactly as one would expect. At the end of my stay, we connected again, and the check-out process went smoothly, including returning the keys and securing the apartment. Throughout my visit, I felt treated like family, which made the experience all the more special.

Many nice spots to visit (museums are a must) and restaurants (various tastes) easily to reach.
The landlord is caring and will help you make your sojourn a success.

This was my 3rd trip to Biel and one thing I really love...
This was my 3rd trip to Biel and one thing I really love about it is how easy it is to get around. We loved being able to walk to the train station. We took a day trip to Geneva to visit the United Nations and the train schedule was very convenient! For part of our stay we stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in city center and we ate dinner at Bluma. Bluma has an interesting concept which is Tapas from around the world, I highly recommend it if you aren't looking for large quantities but you want to have lots of different tastes. They also served a local beer which we really appreciated.
