I was pleasantly surprised by the space in the room. They have put a lot of thought into managing such a small area with maximum utility. The room was well maintained with a lot of storage areas. We enjoyed the common room on the 9th floor to spend the evenings with a coffee. This was my first visit to Geneva and was a last time booking as I did not get Airbnb. But, next time I would directly book at StayKooook. Strongly recommend for staying.

Children's amenities are provided as well as a babysitting service. Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all

The wine card offers some 800 wines, with 300 others not yet listed as they are still ageing. It is a very charming place. We did not expect it to be SO beautiful. Also they have a very special restaurant there. Unfortunately, one guest left his dog in the room and the dog was barking. Because of this we had to wake up earlier than we wanted. The staff offered us a breakfast for free what was very nice and cheered us. Accidents can happen in every hotel, but a good hotel knows how to handle such situations. Good job 👍

Indoor swimming-pool is accessible to children every day from 2pm to 4pm. The location, ambience, food, the service and of course, the ride into and back from Geneva on a Riva. It’s a fabulous hotel in every aspect. The restaurant staff were wonderful with our 18 month old granddaughter.
