The host was extremely friendly and genuinely helpful. We even received homemade sweets from his wife as a farewell gift. He also sent us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. It's a fantastic place — we stayed there just for a short stopover, but I'm sure I’ll return for a longer stay with friends.

Everything was perfect from the apartment itself to the view of the lake and the location that was 3 walking minutes away from the train station and about 15 walking minutes to the center of Lugano. Free parking was available. Every small and big details were thought of and provided for us. I’ll certainly come back again.

At first sight the building looks old. But the apartment inside are well maintained. And you have everything what you need. Stayed 2nights in August and you dont need to go anywhere else. You can relax by the pool and lake. The water in the lake was warm. So it was nice. Alessadra the host was so kind and nice. She give us a welcome Prosseco which she produced in italy. Really good. You can buy more from her. I really recommend. And the view from room 513! O so nice 🥰
