We were impressed by how quickly the snow and ice were cleared from the steps and parking area after heavy snowfall, ensuring safe and convenient access to the property. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, with a lovely Christmas tree and festive lighting. The perfect fireplace added to the cozy ambiance, and the modern televisions provided entertainment for all. Alan, the host, was exceptional. He kept us informed throughout the year about changes to the apartment and provided clear instructions on everything from finding the keys to operating the appliances. His communication was prompt and helpful. We highly recommend Le Preyet for anyone seeking a cozy and convenient winter getaway in the Swiss Alps.
