Everything was comfortable and clean....good collection of snacks and chocolates available in room for purchase. Very prompt room service. Reception staff was very helpful and friendly. Lovely pool and restaurant staff very good at providing service and bringing food and drinks to the pool. QR code stack in the room with useful links. Massage available as additional add on too. Close to lot of restaurants.

Staff was super helpful and welcoming since I arrived. The bed was amazing, as the WiFi. Really clean and cool rooms with AC. The pool is a plus with a fantastic view.

My sincere sincere grattitude and thanks to the entire team. From reception to the extreme kind and service orianted ladies from the Housekeeping that even offered and helped me to wash my personal clothes. Also a very very special serious thanks to Ricardo from the Restaurant at the Rooftop that served me fresh brewed black coffee before 07:00 AM actual breakfast opening. Ricardo and his team cooked every single day the perfect steaks, iced frozen coconut lemonades, salads and more. He always checked in on me and ensured i am taken care off without an exception. I highley reccomend the food in this Hotel and just for the record i'm a Professional Chef that worked in 2x 1 star Michelin Restaurants in Switzerland and Amsterdam. Also and as usual a very special thanks to the people of Cartagena & Colombia. We could learn a lot about their culture. They're humble grounded as in, in balance with earth. They are extremely hospitable and make foreigners feel more than welcome. Thanks again and i promise to be back in person to say hi again as a sign of grattitude to the entire team.

Best that there is. What a nice hotel, with pool and beach area, the paths between the colourful hats is simply nice. The location is great.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff (Iván at the Pool Bar takes exceptional care of guests), excellent location, very clean rooms and public areas. Simply perfect! I just love lying here on the roof next to the pool. The view is beautiful, the music is good, and the drinks and food are good. It's a great location to enjoy the sunset from here too. I just love being here. I'll definitely be back here next time I visit Cartagena.

I have only good things to say about this hotel: welcoming reception, clean facilities, everything. It was my first time in Santo Domingo as a solo traveller and the reception staff was very nice to explain things to me. I will certainly be back, thank you for all.

The location is great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the city and water. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it for other travelers too.

Swimming Pool, restaurant open until 10pm, yummy food, very spacious room, very kind staff. Perfect for our 1 night stay after having arrived at the airport.

The hotel is well located with many options nearby for eating out. Everything was clean and well maintained. It’s a quiet place, perfect for relaxing. Their breakfast is truly something you can enjoy.

I was so happy with my stay in Nilu! The room was cute and the bed was super comfortable. I also loved that there were many pillows to choose from. Overall the atmosphere was relaxing and the hotel area was truly beautiful! Also, the views were amazing and the location was excellent. 🌴🙏🏻

The hotel is new and therefore the facilities are modern. One can appreciate the Colonial structure of the building but the modern rooms . The staff is welcoming especially the front desk. The house keeping was also on point. The breakfast was good .The security of the building is A+ the staff is vigilant.

Breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of Mexican dishes. The location is perfect, right next to the beach.
