Wonderful hotel with lots of nice little extras like the game box in the room, the photo box in the lobby and the pancake maker in the breakfast room.

Wonderful staff! Kind and professional ! I just have been falling in love with this place ! Thanks to the two girls at the lobby! They were amazing and efficient !

Location, cleanness, personnel

it was a great time , only thing I think that I would do is put water in the rooms and may be some drinks in the fridge. You have an opener and wine glasses but the fridge is empty.

It was really convenient, as it was literally across the station. Was glad that i was able to book this popular location. The room was cozy and had a bathtub. It is really great and i love it. Hope to stay there again if i am back at Konstanz.

The location of the hotel is superb (directly on the promenade beside the lake). The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Alia and Stan. I stayed in two rooms here (both with a lake view and balcony) 110 and 505. Both were great. I didn't use the wellness spa but it looked lovely.

Modern spacious room in a modern hotel with underground parking (Euro 20)

The hotel just a little bit outside the city, and it turned out to be a great choice. With a car, getting into the center was no problem at all—traffic was light and parking was simple. In fact, being away from the busy downtown made the stay much more peaceful. A rich buffet breakfast with fresh breads, cheeses, olives, eggs, and seasonal fruit made for the perfect start to each day. Coffee was strong and tasty, and everything felt well-prepared. The hotel itself was modern, very clean, and the staff were helpful without being overbearing. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi. Parking on-site was free and safe, which is always important when traveling with a car.

Very clean place. The room was much bigger than I had anticipated which was nice. Shower was also very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and enough parking space. It is only a half hour walk to the main city centre or 10 on a (rental) bike. Excellent stay for a very decent price.

Easy check in, a super friendly staff, modern outlook and ambience, compact and cozy bedroom and super comfy beds I sank in for deep sleep with all modern facilities, great breakfast

The sofa bed was really perfect for our son.

Very stylish decoration. Reception staff were friendly. Not in the city centre but only a short bus ride to historic centre and the hotel provided a free public transport pass to use. Rooms were large and had good facilities including Nespresso machine. We only stayed one night so were not able to use all facilities such as the bar and restaurant.

The hotel is spectacular. Character, quality and elegance. The breakfast is sensational.

It’s a beautiful hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The location is perfect as well. The staff were super helpful with any of my questions and they were very sweet to my dog. I can only recommend this hotel to everybody.

I like the location. It is very close to the Shopping Centers and there are many Restaurants and Coffee Shops nearby.

Unsurpassed value for money. Breakfast was better than in many more expensive hotels. Comfortable bed.

The Spa area is exceptional for hotel! Three (!) big saunas, swimming pool and great professional massage! Other hotel might have one tiny 3 people saunas, here there are 3 big ones! Very good and rich breakfast! I will definitely come back! (specifically for the Spa area)
