FinlandI had the best stay ever in Papenburg! Thought to try this new hotel and all was better than I expected. They really took personal care of me. I was interested in if they have vegan options for breakfast and I received a perfect platter in the morning, just on the time they asked for the night before. Parking is close by, entering the room easy, and as interior architect, I have nothing to complain about the room. Good beers available at the bar as well ;) I am a bit worried to give this good review as I will stay again and they don’t have so many rooms and hopefully they have availability also next time!

Everything about Hotel Greive was genuine and dedicated to excellent service for guests without intruding. I was telephoned by Hotel Greive to make arrangements to receive my key on arrival on a Sunday evening after office hours. Really appreciated. Upon entering the hotel there was an atmosphere of “home away from home “ feeling.

A perfect stay, fantastic staff, professional, friendly and accomadated all our needs, great very clean large room, a wonderful breakfast every morning and option for dinner, on site parking and great location for our visit. We stayed here for 10 nights to visit where I grew up, Lingen and Nordhorn, a fantastic vacation.

The hotel is located in a very good area, almost in the city center. The street is quiet, cozy, intimate, and beautiful, with small details that are pleasing to the eye. The hotel is warm — even too warm at times. Clean, neat, and with friendly staff. I definitely recommend it.

A great town, close to the border, with all you need for a vacation, great people, very friendly, clean and a lot of facilities in nature for walking and relaxing. Just a 2-hour drive to Amsterdam or even less to Dusseldorf, Koln, Bonn, or other interest points.

I am biased because I used to spend annual summer holidays staying with my grandparents when I was little and have loved every minute. Lingen has changed so much over the years but thankfully the Rathaus still remains the same. When I die you shall find Lingen engraved on my heart!

This is a wonderful rental apartment.
This is a wonderful rental apartment. Spacious, and great location. Parking was great for our rental car. The water pressure was awesome in the shower. Very modern features, like the TV that had Netflix and could change the language to English on some channels. Grocery stores were nearby. Felt very safe, and the host was so nice and helpful.
