Limited variety and not very memorable compared to similar hotels. Still, I’d recommend this hotel for anyone prioritizing location over extras.

It has panorama garden with a view of the Zugspitze mountain peak and is located just few minutes' walk from the centre of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The restaurant was excellent. The family spa and the kids playroom were a perfect was to spend our time in the afternoon.

Situated in Wallgau, Alpenhof Wallgau is a recently renovated accommodation, 17 km from Richard Strauss Institute and 17 km from Garmisch-Partenkirchen City Hall. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The apartment has family rooms. Our apartment was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very conform table and the shower was great. The kind owner even brought us extra duvet and heater because I am too sensitive to cold, which I fee truly grateful. We will stay in the same apartment next time we visit this area and we recommend 100% !

This recently renovated apartment is located 1.5 km from Zugspitzbahn - Talstation and 1.8 km from Garmisch-Partenkirchen Station. All rooms come with a balcony with river views. The photos and information posted about facilities were accurate. The apartment was spacious and roomy. Kitchen utilities were also complete. Staying there was very relaxing and comfortable, you can hear the water flowing down a stream at the back which you can see in the balcony. The host named Nico was very nice and answer all our queries.
