The backyard, patio and garden are very nice and deserve a better mention in the property description. It would be great for a family with small children, so that they could run around. The property is on a quiet suburban street. We liked the location which allowed manageable day trips to Cologne, Trier, and the Rhine castles. The sunset view from the living room with a partial city view was very nicel. The only odd thing is that there is no washing machine, even though the property seems designed for a large family. However, we knew this at booking so it was not a surprise. We definitely would recommend this property.
