it was quiet there, it was away from the traffic of the city and cars. Comfortable mattress on the bed. Good food in the hotel restaurant.

A large, comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. A good, well stocked & very relaxing bar area. Excellent food in the restaurant. Varied dishes with good sized portions. Breakfast was a laid out buffet of hot & cold options, an amazing choice of options. Things were topped up regularly, several members of staff available who were all helpful & very cheerful. The hotel location is superb, just a short walk the the main town square & all the sights you might want to see. There is an underground car park with direct access into the hotel, a bit pricey but so easy & convenient. Would love to visit again soo.

The Host was friendly and cheery and attended to any wish we had. The location was great, and the hotel had information on everything from shopping opportunities to barber shops and sites. Amazing.

Comfortable beds, excellent food, great value for money

My parents stayed for the second time in this hotel, had again a very nice stay, staff is super friendly and helpful even if they did not speak the language. The room had a beautiful view to the river/waterfall side. Breakfast was more than enough for two people. Will definitely stay again when coming back to Saarburg.

I really liked the location—it was very convenient and not far from the main attractions. The parking was easy and accessible, which made things even more comfortable. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I had an issue with my rental car, and they went out of their way to help me contact the rental company and resolve the problem. I truly appreciated their support and hospitality.

A very quiet room. We thought that the hotel was empty because we heard nothing, and were astonished to see the large number of people at breakfast. Good breakfast. Convenient parking. Recommended venue for Trier.

The very quiet, comfortable and outmost clean room. A secured parkinglot in the underground garage to park our motorbike. The spacious and big roof terrace with a view.

All members of staff we interacted with were excellent. Check in was efficient and speedy. Bedroom was large with two comfortable, decent sized beds. A complimentary bottle of water was provided. The bathroom was also spacious. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of food provided. Location was grreat, only a short walk to the Porta Nigra and the old town.

The staff was just exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location and facilities have exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this hotel especially for those who need to travel to the university.
