The property was super clean and organized. The design is amazing. The staff were very friendly and professional, Barakat, Metwaly and the house keeping staff were amazing. Everyone else was great, I just didn’t catch all the name. Thanks to all the staff!

The resort has a sauna, outdoor pool and terrace, and guests can grab a bite to eat in the restaurant. Staying at Borg al Arab hotel was really nice. We booked two nights but we really liked it so we stayed one more day.

The accommodation features an outdoor fireplace and a children's playground. My ranking goes as: 1- Staff was exceptional, felt like home and I didn’t wanna leave. 2- Countryside’s vibe, nature, sand, no fancy gadgets. I stay in a lot of 4-5 star hotels around the world for work and nothing compares on how comfortable I felt in this place while eating sitting on the cushions on the floor, chilling on the nets and cushions outside as well. 3- The hot spring of course it’s a huge plus, it’s hot for real, amazing to chill early morning and at night, I could literally stay there for hours. 4- The food, although very simple but very flavorful, good portion and value for it as well. What I ate for dinner literally tasted like my mom had cooked it. It truly felt like more than just accommodation — it was an authentic cultural experience. The room and facilities were spotlessly clean and exactly as expected. I had been driving for a very long time before arriving, and Mohammed kindly allowed me to check in early without any hesitation. That small gesture made a huge difference — I could rest, recharge, and start my Siwa experience full of energy. He was always available for any questions and gave great recommendations. The local breakfast was fresh and delicious, a perfect start to each day. Mohammed is one of those rare hosts who genuinely cares about his guests and takes pride in making their stay special. If I had more cash on me, I would have tipped him generously — he truly deserves it. I hope the owner knows what a gem they have with him. I will absolutely recommend this place to anyone coming to Siwa! A fabulous place in the heart of the Shali fortress, well maintained and with good souls making your stay unforgettable!
