We walked the Camino for the 2nd time so Santiago will always hold a special place with us. There is nothing like finally arriving after hundreds of miles and finally walking into the square~ Was able to go to Mass and witness the Botafumeiro and did the tour of the roof. Going out onto the roof is a must! I don't speak Spanish and the tour is in only Spanish but the views are bilingual! Enjoy!Guest review byKearneyUnited States - 10.0
Vigo is very clean and open.
Vigo is very clean and open. City has good shopping and food. The area close to the water has a few streets that are used as urinals at night with a strong odor of urine. In other parts of the city it was very clean.Guest review byrobert - 10.0

Pretty city with lovely river walks and the old town was gorgeous. Beautiful churches and basilicas which were free to visit. The restaurants were excellent and a wide range of cuisines. It was a bit hectic driving around town and parking on the street was difficult. However, there were many inexpensive carparks available. The people were friendly and learning a little Spanish before visiting this region, will go a long way.Guest review byBelindaAustralia - 10.0
I was pleased with my time in Arzua. I was tired.
I was pleased with my time in Arzua. I was tired. It was a long hard walk with a 40 lb pack on my back, so reaching Arzua and having a clean comfortable bed with a private bathroom and the promise of a hearty breakfast the next morning was a bonus. Also I learned that I could have someone courier my back pack to my next destination was a very welcome piece of news.Guest review byPamelaCanada - 10.0

There was a good street market when we arrived around lunchtime. It was really difficult to find a place that would serve a meal in the early evening. Finally, we found Bar La Catedral Del Sabor, very near our hotel. The owners are lovely and we had a good meal there. They have a stamp for the Camino passport also. The bridge on the Camino, as it leaves Caldas da Reis, is very picturesque.Guest review byMaireIreland - 8.0
Beautiful views and clean beaches.
Beautiful views and clean beaches. Different coves to discover. Fabulous cake shops. Lovely restaurants . We stayed for 7 nights but felt that we could have moved on after 5. Very few people speak English here and there are some steep banks to negociate.Guest review byrobertUnited Kingdom - 8.0

O Pedrouzo is a small town on the way to El Camino De Compostela. We only needed to stay one night and that was enough. I'm not sure if there were much to do in town. We tried two restaurants El Bule and Galaicos that serve traditional Galician food. Prices were fair and food was good.Guest review byJuan - 10.0
Lugo is a very interesting destination for any person...
Lugo is a very interesting destination for any person interested in the history Of the Roman Empire. The medieval city is enclosed in the original Roman Wall built 2000 years ago. It is an only complete wall that stays intact for two millennia and there is a trail on the top of that wall that is very good for the walk in time. It is less than 4 kilometers long and offers many fantastic views on the city inside and outside. The city is very well maintained and was nicely decorated for the Christmas. The Cathedral and archeological museums could be another interesting attractions.Guest review bySvetlanaUnited States
