Jiva Hill Resort is located in the foothills of the Jura Mountains, just 10 minutes from Geneva Airport. It has an indoor heated swimming pool and a spa and wellness center. Staff was so friendly and the Resort is incredible.

Located in Saint-Genis-Pouilly, 3 miles from CERN, ibis budget Geneve Saint Genis Pouilly provides accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Being in an excellent location from CERN which can be reached by taking the 68 bus or it's about a 20 minute walk. Also, 66 bus is direct from Genève airport and is worth about 5CHF. Make sure you have EU adapters as at ibis you're in France and your Swiss adapters won't work. It's best to have an EU and Swiss adapter if you're travelling between the border.

The luxurious Le Grand Hôtel - Domaine de Divonne is located between the Jura mountains and opposite Mont Blanc. It is just a 15-minute drive from Geneva International Airport. Beautiful hotel. Large room with very comfortable bed ! Breakfast on the terrace was perfect and there was an amazing selection. Pool with plenty of comfortable loungers and plenty of towels. Walking distance to Divonne.

Woods Genève-Thoiry is located in Thoiry. Each accommodations at the 3-star hotel has mountain views, and guests can enjoy access to a restaurant and to a shared lounge. With a price that was not dissimilar to Ibis hotels around the location, I expected a budget experience but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at our room I noticed that the room was furnished more like an upscale hotel, with a very nice bathroom and padded walls around the bed/seats.

Located in Crozet, 5.8 miles from CERN, Hôtel-Restaurant Bois Joly provides accommodations with a terrace, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. Breakfast and dinner was really good. Location also perfect, on walking distance from ski lift and only 20 minutes by taxi from Geneva Airport
