It is close to many beautiful villages and places to visit and Pascal offers great guidance for it, taillored to the desires of each person
Pascal is an amazing host and it is great to see how much passion he puts into what he does, he brings people together, which nowadays is something big. Chapeau!

A great, historic little town, famed more for its incomplete bridge (of the well known song) than for its rich history.
Situated next to the massive river Rhone, the papal palace, lovely gardens, restaurants and shops are all surrounded by impressive ramparts and portes. An excellent town to explore.

Orange is a small city, easy to get around on foot, or if by car be aware that some streets are quite narrow. The Roman amphitheater is the main draw, but the city itself is lovely with many surprises around each corner. There are also some excellent hotels, and other activities for all ages. Food every where was excellent, and there are many places to choose from for a small city.

A beautiful and friendly town with so many options for eating and drinking adjoining a fascinating river encircling the old town. Lots of interesting shops cafes and bars. A great place to stroll around. Plenty of free parking with 5 to 10 minutes walk.

Gordes is a beautiful region - picturesque and historic with the village sitting on a steep hill with views of the Luberon valley . There are nice cafes restaurants and bars and markets in the area in Gordes and surrounding villages but you need a car to see things efficiently.

A gorgeous little town in the Luberon region. my favourite part was the main square with some cute restaurants, and cheap breakfast! It is very easy to get around Lourmarin on foot, but we had to park our car a bit further out and walk only.

Perfect place to explore Provence, it's right in the middle. In the town you will find the basics: supermarket, some restaurants, others. The old towncenter is nice, and late afternoon (not on marketday) we found good parking facilities.
Tip: google maps doesn't know that some streets in the old town are closed and it navigates inside impossible places. It's better to park next to the river and walk 3 minutes to the center.

There was an extremely high cost to use the pool and spa.
There was an extremely high cost to use the pool and spa. This was not evident when booking. Also a ridiculously $$$ amount for vandalism tax which is refundable but an extreme measure since the hotel is not even in the city of Avignon. But still there is a city tax.
On the plus side there were options for dining out not far from the hotel.

It is a lovely town with very good restaurants.
It is a lovely town with very good restaurants. In the centre, there is the L'Imguimbertine, a library/museum, unique in France and very interesting, well worth a visit. It is also close to Mont Ventoux (of Tour de France fame), Avignon, Orange and a host of other tourist spots.
