Very clean and friendly hotel I couldn't fault it.

Wonderful position, large rooms, very nice hotel facilities, I had the opportunity to use also the fitness room and It was well equipped. Very good breakfast. The staff was very professional and always kind.

The suite was the top floor of the property. There was a king bed, single bed, and kitchenette. Lots of space, central location, for a very good price.

The room was beautiful. The bath was so nice. I also enjoyed dinner downstairs.

Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an evening meal at the hotel and the there was a good choice of food on the menu and quality of the food was very good, as was the breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend the hotel.

We liked the way the staff were very friendly. The place was clean even though they were doing renovations. Restaurant and Bar staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to chat when not busy. The breakfast was really nice. Lots of choice and very well prepared. Tasted delicious.The Receptionist on the evening we arrived gave us some history of the Hotel which was interesting. We will be going back to stay as it is also a good base for the area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Just came back from a stay here. The place is lovely. staff are great and they take great care of your little doggies too.The food is beautiful will definitely return. As a none driver there are bus stops just down a small bank which is very handy. There is also a woodland area across the roads to walk your dogs. Tanfield railway museum is also just along the road too. Thankÿou Beamish park hotel xx

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. We actually enjoyed the uphill walk back from the city centre... Helped to burn some calories!

Special occasion and they added that little bit more to our stay to make it memorable, excellent service and food was immense

I've already stayed 3 times in this hotel and it was really nice. All staff member are nice and kind. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of options. The rooms are great, beds are super comfortable and they clean everyday! I loved the location, there is a huge lake in front of the hotel where you can go for a walk and it's really great!

The room was wonderfully big. The bath was fantastic, deep enough to have a decent bath. Staff were kind and helpful.

Gorgeous guesthouse with beautiful bedrooms. Anne our host was wonderful, she cooked the best breakfast you could ask for. She was so friendly and told how to get into town and back by bus or taxi. Great bar and restaurant on site . The bed was super comfortable.
