The second time we have stayed at Sporting Lodge. Good service, food excellent.,swimming pool great. Good stopping off point on our tour around England Scotland and back to Spain. Fully recommended.

Staff went out of their way, ensuring an easy check in. My room was cozy, comfortable bed. The coffee was great.

Value for money, especially on HB for a week.

The hotel was very close to a couple of Roman sites, the remains of a bridge over the Tees and a fortress on Dere street, both of which I had a look at. The village of Piercebridge is also very nice looking. The restaurant in with the bar was good, with a traditional character. I had the beef stew with mash and a dumpling, which was excellent. The breakfast was served in their Riverside restaurant which was nicely decorated. There was plenty on offer, with the option of ordering cooked food as well, which I didn't take. I filled myself up nicely. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the room was warm and nicely furnished, the wifi worked well.

Modern, clean and very comfortable. Very close to airport terminal. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere and everything was well organized. The breakfast was also very good, with great options.

The quality of the accommodation was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was well worth it. The grounds outside the hotel were beautiful. This is the most exceptional place I have stayed in Darington.

Everything! The location was great, almost in the town centre, the room was, spacious, airy (had great air con.) the beds, we're super comfy, bathroom was fabulous, huge shower, lifts, to all floors. The, staff were cheerful, helpful and the breakfast was great.

This was not my first stay in Blue Bell Lodge Hotel but the best. Rooms are very clean.

Right in the seafront and you can walk everywhere within 5 minutes. Staff are super friendly and rooms are clean. Great choice of breakfast and good spot to catch up with friends for coffee or a drink in the bar downstairs.

It was a fab location in town centre We especially felt that the staff member Sandra went the extra mile she was so friendly and she made us very welcome

Our room was huge, with a very comfortable bed, stunning views, and a nice big bathroom. The grounds are exquisite, and the forest walk was lovely. We loved everything about our stay. The best part about staying at Crathorne Hall though is the magical staff. Martin and Gloria made us feel like family, and their personal attention was the difference that made the difference. Excellent breakfast. Location a little remote. Had to rely on friends for transport to shops.
