They helped us find the best restaurants and also helped us with touring (at a better price than offered to us). The breakfast box was just the perfect touch! Kept in contact with everything we needed for our stay and honestly made it more special for us. We stayed in the honeymoon maisonette suite, and the room was gorgeous. Hammam steam room, perfect jacuzzi on the balcony and an even better view of sunrise than we thought. It was truly the best night we've had.

A special thank you to Vaya for her outstanding hospitality and help throughout our stay. She made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to assist us. The room was beautiful, quiet, and very comfortable we couldn’t have asked for more.

Our stay at Kivotos Santorini was excellent! The view was incredible from our hideaway suite and the whole hotel. We had a delicious breakfast every morning that you could choose from multiple options - all very good. The service was second to none. Everything was easy - the front desk arranged private transfers for us throughout our stay and we had communication with them via whatsapp for instant service. When we arrived, we received a very warm welcome and complimentary chilled bottle of wine in our room with other items, and everyone was so friendly throughout our stay. The room was also excellent and was tidied every morning while we were at breakfast. They had an evening service if you wished with a complimentary dessert, too. We really enjoyed our time there and didn't want to leave our suite hardly with the incredible view! I would recommend Kivotos to anyone!

The accommodation is wonderful, very comfortable and with incredible views. They offer three delicious breakfast options, but I would especially like to highlight Vera, a very sweet and attentive person. She answered all our questions and made our stay here magical. We are very grateful to her. We also want to mention Giannis for helping us with our luggage and the young man who brings breakfast; everyone was very attentive and kind.

Amazing world-class hotel. This is THE place to be in Santorini. Breathtaking view. Excellent food, delicious breakfast.
And the most friendly, attentive, helpful and professional staff we have ever come across in our travels, especially Manos, the best Hotel General Manager in the world! Thank you so much to the team for an incredible experience.
We were blown away by Cavo Tagoo Santorini and will definitely stay here again.

Really nice hotel, the staff is super pro and helpful and nice, I enjoyed my stay with my private pool. The location is good but you have to walk 20 min to arrive to fira but still ok. I will recommand this hitel for sure. Having the nespresso machin and the big TV was a good plus.

Large spaces so allow foe the big number of guests to spread out, many different pools and areas, beautiful and well maintained, clean, very nice staff, rooms well equipped and pleasantly new and somewhat stylish. Even with our rooms close to the bar we did not find it noisy

Convenient, it is the central location for reaching out to the other parts of Santorini. The major issue of Greece, not just Santorini, is the chaotic public transportation system - never trust the so-called schedule.

it was less busy than the two main centres of Fira and Oia...
it was less busy than the two main centres of Fira and Oia but still had some very nice restaurants and bars but not hyper-touristic. It was also in the middle of the island, making access to all the island has to offer less than 30 minutes driving. I also enjoyed the view as it was the highest point in Santorini, which really takes your breath away and make your knees feel like jelly.

Beautiful, peaceful town with so many restaurants, bars and commercial storefronts. Genuinely friendly, helpful people. Bricki was a great place to eat, but there were many good restaurants and the Greeks certainly know how to prepare lamb. We didn’t know it the first two days, but there is a scenic, romantic walkway along the side of the cliff - amazing.

Fira is the perfect place for a getaway retreat from the bustle of everyday modern life. There is something for everyone to do, laid back, great vibe on beaches, excellent food and drink, and the people are lovely. Perfect location if you are looking to relax and unwind and have only 3 or 4 days to do this in. Fira square has many lovely eating places that offers something for everyone, young and old alike. Watch out for roads that are not well-laid or not it best condition, as this can be a bit of an issue for older people and very young children.

It's the highest town of Santorini and offers the most amazing views of the caldera and surrounding sea. It offers mostly luxury restaurants, more on the expensive side. There are some more budget options as well. If you plan to stay here, don't bother getting a car, everything is within walking distance.

It's just the right location.
It's just the right location. Yes you have to visit Oia to get the full Santorini Caldera experience, but I honestly feel Firostefani can also offer the same vibe, maybe on a smaller scale compared to Oia. A walking distance to the capital Fira and Imerovigli. Stunning restaurants and boutiques around and the caldera and open spaces to watch the gorgeous sunsets.

The view is breathtaking.
The view is breathtaking. In my opinion, it is the best in Santorini.
On the other hand, there isn't much to do in Imerovigli. Every evening, I had to walk to Fira to go out.
The walk is not short, public transportation only runs until 8:00 PM, and taxis are expensive.
If you want to get to Oia by bus, you first have to take a bus to Fira and then another bus to Oia. The same applies on the way back.
If I ever return to Santorini, I would book a hotel in Fira.

Loved staying here!
Loved staying here! It’s much cheaper and quieter than the city center, yet only a 10-minute walk away. We never had an issue finding a table for dinner or drinks without a reservation, which was a huge plus. The only thing to note is the climb back up the stairs on your return, but the tranquility and price make it absolutely worth it.
