This was our second stay at this hotel. The main guest house has a nice lounge and serves food and drinks at night by the fireplace. A cozy family-run hotel on a quiet street. The family is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are fully equipped and full of all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. There's a large supermarket nearby. The sea is not far. I highly recommend visiting the thermal springs (5 km away); we spent half an hour there in the morning and evening. Everything was great. We especially enjoyed interacting with the Fottini family. Thank you for everything. We'll definitely be back!

Its worth visiting at least once in you lifetime ! Very beautiful place , you can tell how much detail and love they put into this resort which looks like almost a theme resort for the wild west! the atmosphere and staff very chilled and friendly..
the kids absolutely loved it ! in combination with the amazing park of Pavliani i would say its a must visit!

Great little hotel with a lovely welcome. Easy to find and on street parking outside was very convenient. Clean, straightforward room, just as in the listing. Good, quiet location. Great local recommendations from Kostas to visit the thermal springs which we did even though it was early March. Great value.

Lamia is just the capital of the perfecture of Mainland Greece! So there is not much to do in the city if you are there on vacation except the castle and hot springs around Lamia as also trekking routes around Lamia

We were ruined out but wanted to split the drive to Meteora from Athens. This was the perfect stop for a vacation from our vacation. We really enjoyed lounging by the pool but it’s a nice beach town about half way so it was perfect.

Livanates is a hidden gem for a completely relaxing family holiday. The coastline is lovely, and the sea is shallow, warm, and as calm as glass - super safe and fun for young children. The local tavernas along the beach offer fantastic fresh food at very fair, reasonable prices. It is quiet, clean, safe, and easily accessible. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to escape the crowded tourist spots!

Car parking in the yard, access to the electric gate. Fully equipped kitchen. Large and comfortable rooms. New furniture. Air conditioning (hot & cold) in each room. Huge living room with exit to the terrace.
The second gate of the property directly to the beach and the sea. Terrace with shade and comfortable furniture. Green lawn and trees. Place arranged for barbecue. Everything you can want, you can find here.
You have your own luxury villa with car yard, terrace and garden, directly on the seashore. It's like a dream come true! Thank you, Thanasis!

A clean, quiet village on not-too-high altitude.
A clean, quiet village on not-too-high altitude. Surrounded by trees, and split into 2 sections, "old" & "new" Pavliani. Lots of good food, nearby waterfalls, and a beautiful park/trail where one can walk along and over rivers, under the shade of trees, with a cooling breeze. Perfect destination for a summer escape from the blazing sun of Greece!

Karavomilos was a very convenient pitstop on our way back to the Southern Peloponnese. The hotel is very clean and the room had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Our room was near the main road. They do have bungalows in the garden which would be quieter.

This was an out-of-the-way hotel for us, and we were not sure what to expect. However, we were pleasantly surprised first by the beautiful town and the central location of the hotel. The town is ideal for a quiet weekend getaway- very little traffic, several restaurants within walking distance, and amazing sea views. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were large. Towels were nice and the WiFi was strong and free. Lovely reception and easy check-in and out.

This is a place for those who like to walk, like nature and fresh air. It is not hot. We found a tavern nearby with very fresh and tasty food for lunch. In a small supermarket we bought some food for breakfast. They also proposed a variety of honeys of excellent quality.
